Rats, well either way one person can't come. I'm leaning towards saying 15th anyway if DrGB is def coming as she has been trying to meet us for a while. No chance of conning someone into babysitting for you slf?

Mmm cake. I feel slightly sick though as ds has been so horrible today that I got home and threw myself at a tub of brownies. I shall walk them off later, expect a card through your door SPB

I made about a million cupcakes yesterday - bought GF flour for a friend, made some non choc ones, fine, then made choc ones and realised I'd used normal flour. So I made them again

Another mother at bf today had to help me to pin him down and restrain him while I forced his pants and trousers back on after going to the loo so that we could go home.

You will have loved my day

Didn't managed to get DS dressed until nearly 1pm! Let him watch Wall-e this morning while I potted around doing the washing and mning a bit of housework, the plan was then to get us both dressed and go out.
Nope, he wanted to watch Chicken Little. I refused. Cue massive shouting meltdown. So using my new technique when he gets like this of sitting on the sofa and calmly reading my book, telling I will talk to him when he calms down and stops shouting at me. He comes over, climbs onto me and snuggles upto me still protesting, then falls asleep . Extract myself from underneath him, lay him down on the sofa, run up stairs grab his blanket, and put it over him.
I then run upstairs and shower and dress, come back downstairs (he is still asleep and expected to be for a little while longer).
Do a few more bits and bobs and more MNing eventually he wakes up, all smiles and loveliness
Have lunch, took him to soft play, and come home again, where he is still being good.

This is the second time this week he has wore himself out throwing a tantrum!

Ordinarily I'd be pushing Ebony's all the way, but it's still another 3 months[*] until I can have a delicious Butterscotch Old Fashioned, so I have no strong feelings either way.

DrGB we shall be the gaggle of woman looking slightly startled at being out without our children (except for Juney ) looking around for a pg belly. When we met up a while ago with lots of us having never met before we all took biscuits in honour of biscuitgate, we can always take something along if you want!
