Ok.
WE really need to get this sorted if we are to hold a party this year.
As it seems i've somehow managed to volunteer to organise it we figuered we'd just go back to the Hat & Tun as last year's do was so succesfull.

We have a preliminary date of the 28th November.

Last year everyone paid £20 towards venue hire and food ( which was delicious) so if everyone is agree'd we will just do that agin this year.

so if everyone that is interested in coming could PLEASE list your names on this thread so that we know this will be a viable event.

otherwise i need to phone pizza hut and book a booth

Oh and i don't know how you make threads sticky but if someone does....could they?

when you go into active convo's there are ac ouple of threads that are permenantly "stuck" at the top of the board, whether they are recently updated or not. if the thread gets stickied it means it will be seen by everyone even if no one has posted for a while.

we really need this one stickied as i need to get numbers asap

Disclaimer- I live in deepest Glos so have a bit of travelling to do. I'd need to stay overnight somewhere so it depends on whether or not I can find somewhere nearby that's affordable. I also could never find my way around London so that might be a slight drawback
