Must just be you then! I bet he comes early - well I hope he does for your sake

hiccymapops · 13/08/2008 16:34

Hope you're okay Knickers. Your little one can come a bit early, but tell them not to get too carried away! I'm dying to know what names you've got Pants about the sleeping thing, i know when i was expecting Ben i didn't get any sleep for the last couple of months, which is rubbish considering you know you won't get any when they arrive!

We had a holiday booked for christmas this year (first time away at christmas ever! Not including my mums). Just that cottage in the lakes that we've been to a couple of times. I've rung up to cancel it (we were waiting until after the 20 week scan, because i didn't want to tempt fate) and they've said we'll still have to pay £250 towards the holiday, because we picked the low deposit option! I didn't even realise we'd picked it! I can't believe we're going to have to pay £250 for a holiday we're not going on, when i haven't even left it till the last minute to cancel Am i being unreasonable?

I shall be there and Hiccy said she shall be there too

What were the gypsies doing? Don't leave Pip out there in case they steal him.

Did you let them take it? Are you sure Pip is still there?

wotulookinat · 14/08/2008 12:51

Hiccy, thanks for a lovely morning - DS is now shattered and in bed It was nice to see them actually acknowledge one another - maybe they'll progress to playing together properly soon!

Hello

Thank you for a lovely morning Wot So if we confine them in a room together, they have to take notice of each other and they did have a little dance together Mark's just taken Ben for a little walk with the hounds, then i'm going to try and get him to nap. He's shattered, but after his little sleep in the car this morning, he'll probably fight it.

We're coming on Saturday Knickers. What's wrong with your DH?

wotulookinat · 14/08/2008 13:50

Oh yes the dancing that was so sweet, in a very funny sort of way!! Did Ben eat any lunch?

hiccymapops · 14/08/2008 13:55

I didn't think he'd eat anything, so i cheated and got us all a McDonalds to take home He picked at some chicken nuggets, then had his yoghurt. He's having a really healthy day I wouldn't mind but i spent yesterday morning cooking him spinach, broccoli and sweet potato, then today i give him a McDonalds! I don't care at the minute as long as he eats something

wotulookinat · 14/08/2008 14:10

He's eaten a fair bit today then really, even if it's not been the healthiest of stuff.
Speaking of which, I might as well have a cup of tea and a chocolate mini roll, eh? Thanks for bringing them

trace2 · 14/08/2008 16:59

so what time? are you sure you want us?

wotulookinat · 14/08/2008 17:10

My garden is like a bog because the rian doesn't drain away. Today I went to hang the washing out and slipped - sore back, sore neck, sort wrist, the works.
Rang Jon at work and told him to get the landlord round to see it because it is a drainage problem and Jon said he will only say it is because of the dog(s).
What do people think?
The garden is currently more-or-less unusable and even the dogs won't go on the lawn because it is sooooooooooooooooo wet.

trace2 · 14/08/2008 17:14

hi wota my gardens the same it dont drain, sorry you fell but dont know what you should do though
