been upset jack would not go in

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 10:05

School? Why?

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 10:07

I've just got Lew some more crocs for £12.99

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 10:13

real crocs?
Has he outgrown his old ones?
Trace, what happened with Jack?

trace2 · 02/09/2008 10:14

new class, new teacher they didnt put there slippers on, wota we went to pead yesterday having to wait for more tests but he thinks ds is AS

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 10:15

Yes real crocs. He outgrew his old ones ages ago and i got him a bigger pair of blue ones straight away but he never has them off his feet so i've ordered him some red ones at that price

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 10:17

Trace it is really looking that way. And if they didn't put their slippers on, well then that was break from a routine that he knew and he wouldn't have liked that. The sooner he gets a diagnosis the better - then the teacher will be aware and can help. Could you go and speak to the teacher and tell her what is going on as she may be able to help.
Is everything else ok though? How is the little lady?

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 10:18

Wow brill - where did you get them at that price?
Have you still got the old ones ?

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 10:21

Yes i've still got them but am keeping hold of them for if we have any more dc's sorry

Got them here

trace2 · 02/09/2008 10:21

yes i know it was the slippers that did it heas been looking forward to it so much, i told her i needed to make app as hes being tested for AS she said ok but was upsetting theyn had to drag him of me

chloes ok at moment, but tired she was up at 5 this morning am knacked lol

more crocs jo what about winter?

hows you wota and donna?

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 10:34

He doesn't wear them in winter or if he does he wears them wi socks. He wears them as slippers too. They'll still fit him next summer anyway. His other 2 pairs fit him for 2 year and these are miles too big at the mo so still should fit next year.

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 10:35

Wow, Phoenix, a brilliant website! They do No Added Sugar clothing too, which is great! Although you need to buy the next size up because they come up small. How did you find the site?

I'm fine, thanks Trace. Today Dennis and I are cleaning and tidying

Knickers is fine. She's staying at her nan's at the moment. I have texted her but she hasn't replied yet. Hopefully she will be on MN later - she's a clever youngster whi can use the internet on her phone!

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 10:37

I love Crocs. I've had mine for 2 years and they still haven't worn out. I quite fancy a new colour though, but I might wait until next spring for them. Actually, I shall ask Santa for some!

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 10:42

I wanted some Baby Banz sunglasses for ds and googled them and that site was the cheapest i could find.

Afternoon everyone.

Knickers hope U R OK - if U need anything just shout.

Phoenix - my LO would not wear his baby banz, gave up eventually

Tracey - hope Jack gets on ok at school, its all change again for them, at least if he gets diagonised then you should get more support ?

I bought a pair of red kids disney crocs (the holes are mickey mouse shapes) for £10 size 9/10 and they dont fit - they cost me a tenner before I send them back does anyone want to buy them off me ?

Do they do the woolly crocs in kids sizes ? J loves his and can put them on and off easily so prefers them to shoes

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 14:27

9/10 is too big for Ds.

Knickers, your other thread has disappeared, do you know? Actually, maybe it's just gone from my consversations - I shall have another look for it.

It's just started pouring down here - I just zoomed downstairs to take the washing in. Luckily I got there in time as most of it is dry

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 20:35

Knickers - Are you ok? Were you in town today just after 4pm around Top of Westgate/Wood Street. I was in my RM van and thought i saw you but didn't want to yell out of the window and scare you half to death

Would anyone like to do something on Thursday? I wouldn't mind getting out somewhere

I'm going to be very brave tomorrow and go to a toddler group. If I make it, it will be the first time I have gone on my own! I have actually only been to two, both with Jon. What a wimp I am!!!! Wish me luck

Phoenix · 02/09/2008 22:12

Just do it Wot. I put it off for ages, i pushed myself into going and it was ok. Dh comes with me when he can but i do go alot on my own. But saying that i haven't been since ds had that hand, foot and mouth infection and keep putting off going back. It's meant to be tomorrow but don't think i'm gonna go. I'll see what time i feel like getting ready in the morning

wotulookinat · 02/09/2008 23:34

Go on, Phoenix, I'll go if you go!!
It looks like a good one - I've walked passed when it has been on (it's right between my library and my doctor) and everyone looks happy. I worry that DS will do something naughty and people will criticise how I deal with it. I guess that's a normal concern though.

Phoenix · 03/09/2008 09:00

It's not that i'm scared to go back i just can't be bothered tbh. I'm just lazy, it's only at the bottom of our road too.

wotulookinat · 03/09/2008 09:12

Well I haven't gone this morning I have only just got up and DS is still asleep and the toddler group starts in 4 minutes so I don't think we'll make it. Maybe next week...
I wish there was more to do around here that I could walk to easily. Can't wait to move to a more family-orientated area.
Did you get the thunder and lightening yesterday afternoon, Phoenix?

Phoenix · 03/09/2008 09:46

I was in Lofthouse and it didn't lighten there but i could see it behind me in my mirror so knew it was thundering and lightening in wakefield. I did get bloody soaked though
