I'm off for a bit to finish my wine bottle and watch 'Child of our Time', so will check in later...

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:46

Train times into Truro are 9.40, 10.59, 11.50, 13.43. Add 10 mins to that to get wherever it is.

bee3 · 11/01/2005 20:47

Oh! Crossed messages, wine can wait a mo...
I'll be driving so can make anytime. I could certainly meet wobstarknicks from the train, or at venue (once decided). I'm easy.

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:47

I can get there earlier or be the late one though if they don't suit everyone else.

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:48

The only thing i'm not sure about is parking (as I never have to do it!!!). Will you all be ok or want me to find out about that?

bee3 · 11/01/2005 20:48

Did it again..

Which train would suit you and babe best?

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:49

Lol bee. Any of those would be fine, there are earlier but no way am I that organised, so I didn't put them!!!

bee3 · 11/01/2005 20:49

parking not a problem...have used the enormous M&S mulitstory before and it was fine, even just before Christmas.

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:50

ok, no probs then

bee3 · 11/01/2005 20:54

Could you go for the 10.59 one?....good time for coffee/early lunch, then mooch about a bit.

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:55

Yep, that'd be fine.

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:56

I will warn you all now though, if you let me go in Monsoon you will never get me out again!!!

bee3 · 11/01/2005 20:56

Really am going for a bit now..so will catch up later

(wobblystarryknicks - I only begin to communicate properly as a humanbeing after about 10am, so I thank you for not suggesting anything earlier...)

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:57

Lol bee!!! Same here!!!

bee3 · 11/01/2005 20:57

bugger, you've got me going again - there will be a sale on in Monsoon, so I suggest we take credit cards.

wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 20:58

No credit card here (for obvious reasons!!!) so maybe I'll be the 'sane' one then!!!

bee3 · 11/01/2005 21:00

Oooggs, did you get all that?!

oooggs · 11/01/2005 21:03

Right I have just caught up. Glad you said 10.59am cos it is going to take me 1 & half hours to get there. Yes I will also be parking in M&S car park - as that's the only one I know how to get into .

So is it 11.15am outside Mothercare? I know where that is.

OP posts:
wobblystarryknicks · 11/01/2005 21:06

Sounds fine to me (still can't believe i get to go on a meet-up that doesn't involve at least 3 hours travelling!!! )

oooggs · 11/01/2005 21:08

I can't believe that we have actually organised something and it is so soon .

oooggs · 11/01/2005 22:01

Hey Jaysmum - I hope the Barnstaple one gets up and running cos that would be close for you.

OP posts:
bee3 · 11/01/2005 22:08

Will see you there !

How will we know each other? I imagine there will be loads of mums and buggies hanging about outside Mothercare. I don't want to startle anyone by mistake.

I guess we should discuss nearer the time.

(btw I'm not going to wear a name badge, or a red carnation , but I could manage a horrible bright yellow coat that keeps out the worst ravages of Cornish weather...what do you think?)

Oooggs - 1 and 1/2 hours . Hope that isn't too much, there and back.

oooggs · 11/01/2005 22:11

Not a prob. But next time could can come closer to me . We can CAT/e-mail nearer the time to sort out the finer details.

See you next week. Bee - How old is your DS/DD?

OP posts:
oooggs · 11/01/2005 22:13

Sorry Bee - your DS is 11 mths - I should take more notice of what I am reading
