I'm running in the Edinburgh race on the 1st, hence no meet up for me this month.

What do you do for them? I imagine the atmosphere is tremendous. This is my first, I aim to do the 10k next year and then the Great North Run next September.

I done Race for life last yr it was fabulous but very emotional reading every1's wee signs and they do a warm up and a wee memorial thing that gets the heart strings at the start
