I'm having troubles tracking down any MN'ers in my area (the Local section seems to have been abandonned) so thought I'd try here!

Hi Kyala - I think I'm a good bit older than you - I went to Durrington Comprehensive - I think it's now called Upper Avon School, that should show you how old I am!(40's) A lot of my schollfriends used to come from bulford, either the village or the camp. I lived in the end house in recreation road,Durrington. it was a bungalow then, I haven't been back for decades so there could be a block of flats there now, I wouldn't know. It was right next to the rec. We used to be able to walk from the bottom of the rec all the way to Bulford village along the river, I think it's been built on now.

Oh right (phew!) It's more than likely I would've changed my name and logged off if you were my age (it wasn't a particularly friendly village when I was younger but there was 2 whole people that I wouldn't have minded getting back in touch with! lol)

How would anyone like to meet up next week at some point? I'm in on tuesday, and probably thursday aswell. I was thinking kiddies in the library for fun/reading/chat, then on to the playhouse/starbucks/nero for drinks?
