Beefburgers were vile. They were from the local organic farm shop which is very expensive but usually fabulous. Didn't stop me finishing off ds's and dd's!

Mine were from Co-op, reduced to 50p for 4 (fresh). And they were very nice.

Co-op it is then from now on. Chips were nice though. Have you had Asda extra special oven chips? They are lovely but I did do my whole shop there because of them the other week only to get to the freezers and find they were sold out.

No but I have tried Sainsburys Taste the Difference Extra Chunky chips and they're delicious.

Review of Lee cd
I still haven't got it. I was supposed to be buying it when I went shopping on Thurs but I completely forgot and ended up with the new Harry Potter dvd instead

Tbh, I could listen to him doing show tunes all day long but the track listing doesnt sound like my thing really so I havent got the cd as yet. I daresay it might turn up in my chrissie stocking though...

And you two call yourself fans.
Binkle, it didn't look like my kind of thing either, and some of it isn't, but it's worth buying anyway for his voice.

I think the reviewer was a little harsh. It's not beige at all.

Oddly enough, this review is almost the same at the NOTW one but supposedly by a different person. The papers aren't even part of the same group.

It doesn't read like a very well considered review. For example, he goes on about Lee's stage school voice but he didn't go to stage school did he?

And he describes it as an album full of show tunes, when there's only one show tune (Any Dream Will Do) on it.

Any reviews in the weekend papers? Nothing in the Times today...
