Am human again. DD out of hospital finally. Anyone want a meetup? DD is 3 and a half.

lol I saw it last time - well briefly caught glimpse out of corner of my eye as ds likes to do museum at top speed.

Except the duck part. He can walk round for ages pointing at every flipping stuffed waterfowl saying 'duck'. HE's not interested in the proper names, or even ridiculous names I make up through boredom of repetition.

Hopefully the imaginary monster will stay at home this time (it's a very naughty imaginary monster )

Crookshanks - phone has been turned off for ages. I'll turn it on and check. Come over anytime. dd is fine now despite the hospital's efforts to finish her off (they tried to give her 20 times the usual dose!)
I don't have to fast for Ramadan cos of my MS so will eat any muffins no-one wants
Will probably bring a carer to deal with dd so I don't have too.
Did we decide 10.30 was good?

Will try and make it next Friday, my mum will be around as have a work meeting at 2.30 and she will look after DS. I'm sure she'd be happy to come along tho (bit of a busman's holiday as she works with pre-schoolers!). Would be really nice to see everyone

And there is the small matter of that tupperware... and the offer of cake .

I need to buy some tupperware. Once again I have various containers and no lids plus lids that fit nothing. How on earth does this happen?
I've been so careful.
But then MIL stayed for a few days while dd was in hozzie and there's a whole bunch of stuff I still haven't located. Unless she nicked it. Random lids, grater, some plates. Strange assortment.
Looking forward to see people again that aren't nurses or making dire pronouncements about dd. And eating cake of course.

Not sure I will make this meet up

It is Eid today and DH has taken the day off to celebrate with us and also, DS has a bad cough which resulted in him only sleeping 10 mins in the entire day yesterday and then throwing up at bed time so he's really going to need his morning nap today - hes got bags under his eyes and everything, poor mite!

Sad that I won't see you all

Sorry I didn't make it, had to work yesterday morning . DS also rather a grumpy thing due to molars, off his food and whingy, not like him at all.

Fridays are usually good day tho, sign me up for the next
