I am going to suggest a Monday or Tuesday in September- mainly as they are days when I dont work

IKEA is a great idea. but I'm not sure how that is for those on public transport or we could go to the Clocktower cafe in Croydon

So how about replies as to Yes or No to dates
A preference of IKEA or Croydon?

(For me Monday is fine all day but Tuesday afternoons are better

I guess Croydon's easier for those from out of town; I always hate parking at Ikea too. The clocktower's a good idea - can fit in whenever. Mornings are slightly easier to plan, as DD1 has big naps still at lunchtime!

Hello - I live in Purley. I have a DD of 3. I work Tuesday to Friday though, but if I'm around I'd like to come along too. If you meet on another day other than Monday around lunchtime I can always pop in and say a quick hello too as I work near the Clocktower.

Unfortunately I can only do Monday pms though as DD goes to pre-school on Monday mornings, but don't worry about arranging it around me. I'll just keep an eye on the thread. Good to know there are some other Croydon-ish people around. At the moment I only meet up with people on here from Reigate and Crawley.

Just noticed, having read thread properly, that quite a few babies are due around now. If you've had them, let us know. I hope all has gone well and if not, good luck for when the babies do appear.

Monday fine, morning better but afternoon ok croydon better than ikea, ds is 22months, will have to bring dd who is almost 5 as she doesnt start school until the thurs of that week
