Look like you got yourself a big meet Kew!

BTW surely no one would suggest meeting before 11am would they?

pudding77 · 06/06/2007 13:50

Actually I would, otherwise ds gets grumpy for his lunch & nap so its either 10am or after 3pm for me

Kewcumber · 06/06/2007 13:53

foxie, you wait until DS2 gets to the wriggly moving around I-need-to-do-something-NOW stage, then you will be glad of anyone prepared to turn out and play with him (and you) at ten. You have forgotten, woman...

Kewcumber · 06/06/2007 13:54

we could always start at 10am and run through to 1pm (when DS takes a nap usually), bring your own lunch if you're staying kinda thing.

SushiMummy · 06/06/2007 14:11

10am sounds fab. (sorry foxie) My DS has his nap anytime between 1 and 4, too.

I can bring my Japanese lunchbox to show off, NOT. I'm crap at these things.

Kewcumber · 06/06/2007 14:18

sushi you will get excommunicated from Japanese expat circles

foxcub · 06/06/2007 14:20

yeah, good idea.

just didn't want to cause any gaelic confusion..know it'll keep you wake at night

Kewcumber · 07/06/2007 19:58

glad you exlained that steppie - was wondering about the request for an Irish "do"

stepfordwife · 07/06/2007 22:18

Eleusis · 08/06/2007 16:51

Anyone interested in what kind of crap they are going to feed your kids for the next 4-6 years in Richmond borough primaries, get your arse over to this thread .

FOXCUB, I'm talking to you.

Put me down as a "yes" for the Irish Do

LOL!

Ele - posted on your thread

Kewcumber · 09/06/2007 19:40

Looks like Sunday 24th is most popular. Lets say my house from 10am - 1pm arrive anytime you like but if you're staying for lunch bring your own!

If the weather is nice I'll splash out on a paddling pool (splash out, geddit?). I'm not a big toy person as DS mostly potters around with a ball so if your DC's have a favorite, bring it with you.

I have plenty of ice and water.

foxcub · 09/06/2007 20:06

Fab - do you want me to bring some picnic rugs (I have two) or have you some/do people want to bring their own?

How did the swim go?

Kewcumber · 09/06/2007 22:55

couple of picnic rugs would be good. DH's welcome if they want to come.

Swimming was good but short 10 mins max. I'm trying to get him used to the water and he's still a bit scared. Going again tomorrow perhaps morning but hopefully it might be warmer tomorrow.

foxcub · 09/06/2007 23:10

Looky here. If you turn up the afternoon of Jule's first gig (10 July) and sit outside Temperate House, you can usually watch him run through the whole set for free, as he does a dress rehersal. Well that used to be the case anyway

foxcub · 09/06/2007 23:11

I meant "Jools"

foxcub · 09/06/2007 23:14

This is good too:

That was a mistake, I meant this:
