As the last one, altho only 4 attended was very sucessful, I've decided to start a new thread.

How about we meet up on a Friday Evening as that seemed to be popular with most mums. Or we can always do a day meet up with kiddies.

Much as I love & adore my DS, the evening one was much more relaxed and enjoyable, so I vote for that one.

Now lets choose a date????

I will mention it when I speak to them next.

RB - yep, evenings are still best (as only get a nominal 45 mins for lunch) but it does at least give me the option of making a brief appearance at a lunchtime meetup if it happens to be in town.

Chrissey - Orange Tree is on the main A41 (warwick road).

Get to Solihull TC (St Johns Hotel) go straight over at the roundabout towards Beatties, carry on straight through all the traffic lights (assuming they are on green)heading towards Brueton Park. At the large roundabout head towards Knowle (still on A41) and just keep on following the road. OT is in Chadwick End on the right hand side (you won't be able to miss it as there's no other eateries around). HTH

I'm not. And I'll even come in to your shop and introduce myself to prove it. MadameButterfly, jampot and Ronniebaby didn't look like men to me either (although RB did explain to us that her name originates from a period in her life when it was supposed to sound like she was - for more details on that you'll have to come along and hear the story first hand!)

Sorry I think I sounded a bit rude there. I am though a bit shy in RL and not sure about mixing mn and RL, though mns who do obviously enjoy it. And you all sound nice and not at all like men [grovel]and most welcome to say hello in shop.

Lemonice - You must come, it is soooo relaxed and we all have a good old chin wag, like we've known each other years, putting the world to rights, discussing husbands (or other people in Jampot's case ) No really you would not be left out and made VERY welcome, honest -Now does this looks like a face that could lie

Chrissey - in Olton goes up Warwick Road, passed Dovehouse Parade, passed Shell Garage, at the Tarffic lights turn left, on to the Bypass, then just keep going, thru Knowle out the other end, and the OT will be on the right (round some windy bends) Or just checked out the buses for you, 194 or 197, but take about an hour & 16m from Solihull station.

Right Ladies we need to decide is this meet up gonna be in July or August, if August people are gonna be on hols, so do we wanna wait til Sept, or do we try for July ?????

September's AGES away - so let's say July. How about the 30th (which reading back through the thread doesn't seem to be an insurmountable problem for anyone) to give us a bit of time to get organised. 23rd looks possible too, except that I am already having a night out on the 22nd, and 2 nights running might not go down too well!

I'm free both dates, I'm having my 19 week scan during the day, but otherwise I'm free on the 23rd.

30th aint a problem either.
