Hello all, hope you had a fun day Ginger and Sausage. Hope you and DH are friends again Phoenix! How's trace?

Well we have booked a hol for Easter week - hurrah!!! After looking into cheap flights etc I just couldn't be arsed with the whole palava of getting us all on a plane, hiring a car etc, so we are hitting the dizzy heights of ....Torbay!!!! Staying in a "chalet" on what I fear may end up being a bit of dodgy holiday park! But, it's got loads for the DSes, is practically on the beach and a ten minute walk to a harbour town. Think my parents feel sorry for us as they have very kindly offered to pay So I now have a hol to look forward to and to count the days until!!!

Wee monkey is still teething and likes to show off his new teeth by sinking them into bits of my flesh - super We had another TA mission last Monday, think I need to wear coveralls on our outings.

Ha ha, wisemonkey! I might have worms, which would explain how I eat all day long and haven't porked up yet (or I'm really Italian and when I hit 40 will explode and start to look like a beached Whale!). I missed her like a hole in the head. Thought I might give wee monkey a reinactment, ie sit in a dungeon, strum a guitar and have a tuneless rendition of the wheels on the bus whilst knitting muesli. However he enjoyed the alternative of getting muddy at Cannon Hall and scoffing a big slab of choccy cake afterwards - perhaps he's a gingermonkey in the making

Yes, thank you, I feel much better. I managed to pass the germ off onto PIL and best mate, ha ha ha!!! Now I feel all bright and breezy again and ready for my birthday on Friday! (I'm glad your monkey is growing up to be a fellow cannon hall cake eater - I'm hoping for sunny weather on Monday so we can go)

I am hoping i am the opposite to italian...roll on 40 and i will be super slim.....

Defo cannon hall Monday...they have lovely cakes...Plus Elizabeth needs to practice her animal noises....

I'm down at my mums because my Grandad has died...nice birthday present!!!!! I'm coming back tomorrow but will let you know how I feel monday morning because I'm a bit teary at the mo.

I'm back home now. Leo has a snotty eye so need to get him at the docs but if he's cheery in the morning it might be good to get him out in the fresh air. Thanks phoenix. Yes, cannon hall was great (until phoebe threw up in the cafe whilst I was eating cake). Those bloody kids of hers! (at least it distracted me from my grandad - maybe it was deliberate!?)

Put Phoebe on a water diet yesterday (which came up too) she is keeping milk down now so will stick to that today and see how she goes....
