Hi I have a ds aged 4 and a half, and have moved to Merstham near Redhill, a few months ago. It would be really nice to email and maybe meet up with other mumsnetters nearby, if there are any! If anyone is interested please get in touch, take care.

Hi girls

What an amazing place Disneyland is - def worth a visit, particularly if you have a little princess in your life! The Wednesday night would be better for me, but could manage Monday. What are the plans?

Have a great weekend.

Good morning Girls,

Glad you had a nice time Jollytot. Hope everyone is well.

So any more takers for the 27th or 29th for a girls night out? Can everyone make one of the dates, I can make either.

Have a good Monday.

Me again, I meant the 28th too, hope everyone can make it.

Snowbell · 20/09/2004 17:16

I can make 27th or 29th but not 28th. Do we want to go to a restaurant or do we want to just meet for drinks? I'm easy. Just don't ask me for recommendations for good pubs in Reigate! I only know the restaurants. I didn't live here pre-baby so haven't really had a night life here.

funnytype · 21/09/2004 09:59

Good morning Snowbell and everyone,

So far only myself and Snowbell are up for the night out, any other takers? I spoke to Kitkat yesterday and shes away next week so either we postpone it or see if we can get a few others otherwise just you and me Snowbell! What do you think? I dont mind a meal or drink.

Have a good day.

Hi Everyone

Am very jealous of you Jollytot, I can't wait until my Daughter is old enough to go to Disneyland. I haven't even been yet!

Would have loved to go out for drinks but as Funnytype has mentioned I'm away that week. If you decide to out week commencing the 4th, I'd love to come

Snowbell · 21/09/2004 16:44

Jollytot says she can do Monday or Wednesday, same as me, but I didn't realise that Kitkat was away that week. I am happy to postpone it till the following week. Any night except Tuesday 5th is fine by me.

funnytype · 23/09/2004 11:44

Good morning girls,

Ok we will leave it until beginning of October when Kitkat is back. Hope you are all well.

Have a great day.

OK lets say the 4th in Reigate, any ideas on venue? Shall we have a meal or just a drink?

Hope you are all well and having a great weekend.

Hi girls

wow, I've been out of touch for ages! Hope you're all doing fine. HOw's the job going, funnytype? I'm def up for the 4th, the only place I know in Reigate is the Dining Room (Tony Tobin's place) which is absolutely awesome, but maybe a little bit formal for our needs - I'm thinking somewhere a tad more lively with a good atmosphere! I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't go out much on my own, so want to do it right! Does anyone actually know anywhere in Reigate - just remembered, I've also been to Ask - very good pizzas and pastas if you're into that kind of thing.
Have a good day all!

emy1 · 27/09/2004 12:47

cant think of anywhere in reigate looks nice there though.
steph do you need a lift?

Snowbell · 27/09/2004 21:03

hi girls,

I can do the 4th also! There's a lot of Italian restaurants in Reigate. Jollytot, is the Dining Room the restaurant upstairs? I have been in the one downstairs - I think it's called Si, that was good, as I remember. Pizza Express is another good one. I think the service in Ask is awful. Caffe Uno has good food but service indifferent. Does everyone like Italian food? If so, we could chose one of these places.

funnytype · 28/09/2004 09:31

Good morning girls,

Quite happy to go for Italian especially a real one LOL! Sorry hubby didnt mean it! Em, would love a lift thanks.

Have a great Tuesday.

funnytype · 28/09/2004 15:10

Glad you are having a nice time. How did the journey go with Ella?

Pizza Express sounds good, shall we go for that then I will book a table.

Snowbell · 29/09/2004 09:48

hi all. Funnytype, have just read this. I've just remembered that Pizza Express has a very high ceiling so the place is very echoey and it can be hard to hear what people are saying. I think we could have a "cosier" evening in Caffe Uno, also they have bigger tables. If you haven't booked yet, is everyone happy to go to CAffe Uno? I shouldn't think we would need to book for a Monday night, but I will phone to check.

funnytype · 29/09/2004 11:04

Hi Snowbell,

Is Cafe Uno what was Cafe Rouge? Sounds fine with me let us know if they have a table for 5 of us then we can get it booked. Shall we say meet at 8pm for 8.30pm meal?

Hope everyone is well and have a great day.
