I saw your post on the Durham/Darlington thread. It's a bit far for me to get to Durham as well, though I do drive. Do you fancy arranging a meet up in Northallerton some time soon? If so, I'll start a thread to see if there are any others in the area. I have a baby son who's 14 weeks old and I don't know any other mums in the area as yet.

Right then, shall we say Tuesday pm then - is 2.30ish OK? (My parents are coming to see DS on Thurs so will probably need Wed pm to tidy up the house!)

Hope you can make it harrogatemum, but if you don't hope everything goes well. Sorry you couldn't CAT me - I'll change the setting as I don't mind at all getting e-mails from MN people. FYI I'm 29 with shoulder length fair hair and will be with a cheeky looking 16 week old in a navy blue pushchair.

Cool, Tuesday is fine.

Errr, I hate describing myself lol.
I have long ish dark hair, will probably be curly lol and have a 3 wheeler pushchair with a car seat on it. I'll also have dd. She will most likely be screaming or we will be arguing.

So it should be a delightful afternoon for you all

Sorry Harrogatemum, just saw that you asked when and where so will be more specific. We're meeting next Tuesday afternoon at 2.30ish outside The Cafe on Northallerton High Street.

Its right next to the Post Office at the bottom of the high street.

Tuesday would be better anyway as Wednesday is market day isnt it.
I've been in today and it was heaving.

well we went through northallerton high street through market and turned right at lights, down towards train bridge and garage is called aindersby road or something???

MamaG - TBH, I have no idea; my mum signed me up to do facepainting (er, thanks mum ) as it's in aid of her pet charity (not even sure which it is - think it's in aid of compassion in world farming...)
All I know is that it's at the town hall and that I have to be up at sparrowfart on a Saturday, mutter mutter mutter...

anyone on here with kids at a school in Mbro, potentially, I'm not saying they would, its just a precaution as you never know who's browsing, which is also the reason I'm ex directory and don't live there - I like to keep my home life separate
