Meet-ups

When meeting up take sensible precautions. Meet in a public place and let others know where you are going.

POOLE, BOURNEMOUTH, WIMBORNEand anyone else in the general area, in fact anyone who fancies a great night out - shall we have a Christmas Meet Up then?

Surfermummystomb · 29/10/2006 22:33

Surfers right we don't bite!
But we do have to be fed on our nights out!!
I have to say though you all talk about going to Bumbles but I've not yet been!!!

DelGhoul · 29/10/2006 23:18

You've never been to bumbles . You haven't lived!

Count me in.

Well done for starting the thread Surfer. We should get organised.

munz · 30/10/2006 08:50

possibly, where, when etc will need to know for DH's work! lol. (must get in there before his one! lol)

Flamebat · 30/10/2006 09:33

It'd be rude not to do one...

jodee · 30/10/2006 18:18

Great idea, Surfer (darn, I missed the willy drawing!)

Can anyone tell me if Flamebat/Flamesparrow are one and the same?

whooOOOoooOOOpsfallenoveragain · 30/10/2006 21:17

yes they are the same!

jodee · 30/10/2006 21:20

thanks Whoops, now you used to be .....?

whooOOOoooOOOpsfallenoveragain · 30/10/2006 21:21

I used to be Chjlly!

burstingbug · 30/10/2006 21:36

Does anyone know any other mners further down the coast, Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester way?

jodee · 30/10/2006 22:57

That's it!

Hi Bursting Bug, I'm sure there must be some MNetters in W. Dorset - might be better to start a separate thread with those towns in the title?

whoopsfallenoveragain · 02/11/2006 19:03

Come on surely there are a few more of us wanting to go out!

Flamesparkler · 02/11/2006 19:15

Add Psychomum to the list - she doesn't often turn down wine...

Surfermum · 03/11/2006 19:48

Where's the Sparkster? Unusual for her not to be sniffing around when wine's mentioned. And Merlin and Bunny.

PennyForTheGuy · 03/11/2006 21:09

Count me in! Can't believe you've never been to Bumbles, fallen over. It might be a meatmarket, but it's got to be a better craich than that snooty Jimmy's across the road. What about Jumpin' Jaks? Anyone like? Haven't been there in a couple of years, but went on a good night out a couple of Christmases ago, we ate in Red Panda, then went down to JJ's.

Sparkler1 · 04/11/2006 19:36

wine?????????

Sparkler1 · 04/11/2006 19:38

Oh yes up for a night out - you know me!

But I'll have you know I've moved off the wine at the moment - am a bit of a voddie and coke drinker these days. Me an' Delgirl will be alright.

So what we gonna do then? I do fancy a bit of a boogie this time round though.

amynnixmum · 06/11/2006 13:16

Count me in I could do with a good night out

whoopsfallenoveragain · 09/11/2006 14:02

Come on girls are we going to get this sorted?
On account I'm feelig quite p'd off I think we should get this meet up arranged!

DelGirl · 09/11/2006 14:14

Does anyone fancy going somewhere like Rubyz or 121 I think it's called? I think there maybe more of a party atmosphere as it's Christmas though still happy with Corianders as we can be the entertainment .

I know they do a set menu at 121 choice of 3 kind of thing) and the food is excellent and entertainment is thrown in. Think it would be a laugh.

Whaddya reckon?

whoopsfallenoveragain · 09/11/2006 14:19

I don't mind!!
Rubyz is the gay bar isn't it?! I know someone that works there (or did last time I heard!!)

DelGirl · 09/11/2006 14:23

Yeah, never been to Rubyz actually though heard it's great.

I have been to 121 which is more like a restaurant with a small stage & grand piano. Good funny entertainment and everyone kind of gets involved in the banter as it only seats 50 and luuuurrrvvvvllllyyy food, at least it was when I went. Happy to go with the majority, just think it would be a bit different for xmas and we can all get glammed up
