I'm planning on staying in a hotel too and am travelling alone but would prefer not to be alone , Can people let me know what hotels they are booking so I can book the same one.

Ditto to Peachygirl, quite happy to cover a station to meet people who aren't familiar with London. I'll be brave this time and not drive (it's a bugger to park in the West End anyway). Means I can have a drink as well
