But how do I know who you are? Do we all carry Saturday's edition of the Guardian and wear a pink carnation? Or do I randomly approach strange women and ask if they are Beans and Palaeontologists?

rubbish! Such a shame. i got in at 9.20 and the sands was full but providence row was fine so maybe try that tomorrow? queue to get into the fair was huge but cloisters was quiet and lovely, yummy food.

Right, folks I'm halfway to having a semblance of a life again. Admin support in place and an advert for a minion someone to take on the work I've been doing on top of the day job about to go live. Come January I should be down to the usual mayhem of my day job instead of doing two full time jobs. Can we pleeeeeaaaase plan curry and cocktails so I can celebrate. I believe stealth may be in need on some time off for good behaviour as well

And I reckon paleontologist may be in need of something to look forward to as well...

Ok. We've had horrible run of illness though. i now have all 3 of them seeing specialists for things, getting on my nerves! Hopefully spotty will become less spotty now. i do hope I've not infected too many people

I have no idea. I'll be back on placement.

I would like the world to sod off at the moment. Have had a horrible run of illness and stuff form the dcs. Dd was started on the hormonal tablets for night and did a whole dry week but has gone back to wetting and at the moment is wetting lots again in the day even though she had completely stopped since starting on her medication for the overactive bladder. She has her next paed appointment on the 18th so at least we can chat about that then. Ds2 had a bad case of tonsillitis and a UTI. He has a kidney scan in Feb and is on a low does of antibiotic daily until then. He got constipated while ill (not eating, dehydrated due to high temp and so on) and is still not back to being regular and he had just started sleeping with some regularity (not through but a massive improvement) and is now all disrupted again. During all of that I was trying to write and essay and stay on top of lectures. I wrot ethe essay but the lectures are just piles of paper somewhere in the study. Ds1 has fianlly got a hypermobility diagnosis so has physio to do which is causing all sorts of arguments and he is now on antibiotics after walking around with scarlet fever for over a week when the Dr didn't think he had it. And I managed to break the glass in the stove so that was £100 for a new one AND then today I pranged a car at the school run so that's another £100 so I suppose I've got off lightly with that but I'd much rather it were a stranger in a supermarket car park rather than a school gran when I will have to face her and the mum and everyone else at school time and again. Small school. Will get talked about. I have 3 essays to write before Christmas. Not going to happen AND to top it off I booked a joint party for ds1 and dd and so far I have a million people who can't come and only 3 who can. 3. Two of them are siblings. If anyone is free on the 3rd of Jan and wants to come, please, please, please do. Please. No presents required, just come and let your children loose in the gymnastics academy on all the equipment and bouncy stuff.

I just want to get drunk. And eat cake. But I have essays to write. And I have put on a dress size, possibly more and am beginning ot feel like a horrible wobbly blob.

And my mother (who is sulking because we are only staying one night at Christmas) has announced we are having turkey crown. Urgh.

Christmas is a whole other annoying thing.

Oh God, that sounds shit.

Right, first things first. We'll be free the 3rd for party if you want us. Then I'm off from the 19th for two whole weeks bet the boss forgets that he's promised this so you can either 1) come round and eat guaranteed calorie free cake or 2) dump some/all of your children for the day while you get your lectures straight. We have films to watch, decorations to hang and toys aplenty to play with.

Oh paleo!!! Get your arse here now I have prosecco and a sofa bed!
