I could possibly do a Friday. As long as dh not working a late shift. Not the first Friday though as that's the office Christmas do.

i could do a Friday. Not too early though as dh tends to be in leeds Fridays. Not the 5th. Not the 19th. hmm. i can do the 12th! Our we go for 2nd Jan. hair of the dog and all that.

January might be better, work is kicking my ass til 22nd Dec Boohoo

I'm in lectures. I'm free the following Friday 5th December and in desperate need of new boots so would probably be pottering into Durham in search of some.

So much for a happy birthday today! The cold I've had for nearly a fortnight has got a lot worse and now I have a really vile cough and temp and I can't take anything! V was up more than once every hour last night with the same thing. Poor brat woke up crying because she felt so lousy then panicked because she couldn't catch her breath - so she only wanted me, not DH. My birthday lie in (the only lie in of the year) didn't happen because V was too poorly and unhappy, and DH's lovely planned breakfast tasted of cotton wool.

And he bought me the wrong book!

I said thank you, obviously. Venting here so I don't end up divorced!

Morning is fine by me juney, as is Vennels or anywhere really. I shall potter in, do my bits, eat cake then go home and study.

Sure, what time can you make it? Sure we can fit in coffee and cake between 10.30 and 1ish when juney would have to leave.

Can be there for 11am - I have a 9:30 conference call, which should only take 30 minutes, so should be no problem.
