ahhh thats better - a nice new fresh thread....

incase anyone is still reading this post....me, Dp and DD had a great day yesterday at the formby squirrel reserve as ive never been before and took loads of photos of them on mobile phone, we were feeding them with their foods and also our grapes as we had a pinic but DD who never seen the squirrels before was shouting "MIRRELS" "MIRRELS" before they all vanished in thin air...i was trying my best to say "ssshhhhhhh" !!

well we had a lovely swim with my dd and my mum as the baby pool was so warm - i cud swim in it forever. i was ssssooooo shattered and sssoooo hungry by the time we got out as spent an hour at Kingsway baths in Widnes. i was all jelly!!

sounds great. I dont 'do' swimming myself but A goes for lessons on a saturday which he loves.

Hello All!

Still here, just that DH has been hogging the PC again and the one time I logged on to MN this week he accused me of being addicted!!

Nemo - hope everyone had fun at the Christening and it was all worth the stress in the end. And great news about your DH's new job - well done to him (and you!). Hope this is the start of a run of good luck for you.

Browny hope all well in your house now and internet is behaving itself!

BL - we went to Widnes swimming pool this am - it is without doubt THE warmest pool in the country. Didn't get any excercise myself (was in supervisory mode!).

Well, my news is that I HAVE NO NEWS and will not be joining any antematal threads just quite yet!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. We had a fab weekend - started off on Friday at the Keane Concert in Birmingham with a nite in the Crowne Plaza hotel (very nice), which I knew about. And we ended up on Saturday nite in a suite(!) in Mottram Hall De Vere hotel near Alderley Edge (very very very nice and a complete surprise!) Was very spoiled all weekend (and really dirty, too if you must know,SA2!!!) .

Hope everyone else is ok. I can feel a trip to Grandmas coming on...who's up for it - Rachfran you said you'd be up for a meet there. Can do Next Thurs or Friday from 11. Off to do the ironing. Still trying to catch up form my weekend "off" last week.

I will be there as playgroup should be giving me back 6wks worth of fees this week. A doesnt finish until 11.30am but will come straight there..take it you also eat lunch there?

I can make it on Thursday, they keep changing the menu but the meals are always very nice, so are we saying about 11.30 a.m. [smile}

Cool, 11.30-ish! We'll be eating there too. But the portions are massive so I usually share with my DDs. Have seen people bring in their own food, though and not had anyone say anything to them.

Glad you can make it, Rachfran. Looking forward to meeting your DD.

Nemo - sometimes they seem to charge me for DD2, sometimes they don't. Don't remember every paying more than £7 for the lot of us. But then I'm as scatty as a scatty thing these days! Fairly certian C will be free.

Browny - will tell DD1 she's gonna be chasing your DS2 around grandmas. She'll be sooo excited, especailly when I tell her Nemo's C will be there too.

BL - hope you've got fast shoes to chase your DD??
