went out on Saturday nite to the Gangster & Molls fancy dress bday party and gues wha?.............i won the Best Female Dressed Moll - hee hee!!! i will post the picy of me as Dp got it on his phone

BewitchingBrowny · 23/10/2006 21:16

Biglips, that's brilliant, well done!!! Can't wait to see the photo! We spend the weekend in Windermere in the Lake District, getting there was a breeze, but we spoke too soon, with only three minutes left to our destination we got completely lost and well,.... it's a long story . The campsite itself was absolutely beautiful, set in a valley with amazing views and we'd definately go back there, (now we know where the bloody place is!!!).

jaampire · 25/10/2006 13:34

Sounds like you've well and truly caught the bug, browny! Make the most of it before this cold weather takes hold...it's freeeeezing today.
BL - well done for your fancy dress! Love to see the piccy! Could be doing with some inspiration for A and J's fancy dress at nursery on Tues. J is sorted - a pumpkin fairy - well it had to be a fairy, didn't it?! Just need some orange tights/trousers?!!! But what can you dress a one year old in for halloween without frightening her??? Answers on a post card, please!
Hope everyone else ok - it's been quiet on here!

NastyNemo666 · 25/10/2006 13:36

jaampire a mouse...or thats what we are taking H as to a narnia party.

jaampire · 25/10/2006 14:04

A mouse...! How are you doing that then? [takes out notebook for plagarism purposes!] A grey/white baby grow with a tail? How are you getting the whiskers and ears on her? Ahhh, can just imagine how cute little H will look, bless. Narnia party sounds fab!
Hope you are all keeping well.

lipsbite · 25/10/2006 14:28

Jaampire, I bought my ds2 a very cute pumpkin outfit from Asda for only £5.00, they had lovely black cat ones too!

Klazzy, hiya and welcome to our thread! Where about are you, how many children etc..., I've got two girls and two boys, ages 10, 9, 7 and 2 years. Hope to chat soon .

p.s. we'll have to do the Bingo again soon!!

jaampire · 26/10/2006 16:09

What have I started? Is everyone hooked on bingo? We'll be joining gamblers anon before long! Wouldn't mind a trip back esp as now we know the rules, regs and (more importantly) the bar opening times. The bingo caller has no doubt missed us! Has anyone noticed that the pub we went to after the last expedition has been closed for referb? No wonder there wasn't anything behind the bar!!!
Welcome Klazzy. Don't know how much of the thread you've read but I'm in Whiston with 2DDs - 1 and nearly 3. And I'm 33 and work mon-wed. Hope you have fun in our little gang!
So, BL, LB, whatever(!) what are we doing next fri?
Browny - think DDs are going as pumpkins (or variations of!)

klazzykidz · 26/10/2006 17:21

Hiya again ~ Im 38 (oh dear!!) I live in Maghull have a son 18 and a daughter 5 ~ would love another, but theres no chance ~~ married for well................far too long !!! Work 4 days a week in finance, but just had my redundancy notice so only a week left . Well hey ~ anyone know of a part time local job let me know, dont mind stuffing chickens or cleaning toilets !! its the dollar that counts ~ isnt that right girls ? MMMMMMMM... or a bingo caller lol.

jaampire · 26/10/2006 17:55

Klazzy (you're still a spring chick, btw)- sorry to hear about your redundancy. I've been made redundant 1 and a half times - half because they would have got rid of me if I hadn't have been pg!! You seem to be taking it in good heart.
I've been looking for a half decent PT job in merseyside for 3 years (I have to trek to Bolton 3 times a week!) Honestly, though, best of luck with the search. Let me know if you hear of anything good and I'll join you.

BewitchingBrowny · 26/10/2006 18:26

Hi Klazzy, fancy you having an 18 year old!! Sorry to hear about your redundancy, hope you find another job soon that you'll love.
