Hi everyone How's everyone tonight? I am very happy it's Friday
I saw you in the playground the other day Browny, was on my way into the school, had to dd's buggy in though, and you'd gone when I got back out.
I was thinking that you must walk really fast because I didn't see you at all on the way home.....you must have ran! lmao

biglips · 15/09/2006 22:55

airy - oh yeah she is a ROADRUNNER!

here is a piccy of my dd and a squirrel that she proudly fed

OP posts:
airy · 15/09/2006 22:57

lmao, I think so BL either that or she hid from me lol
That pic is lovely Did she enjoy her day? My dd loves going to see the squirels, we havn't been for a while now though....must go back soon!

biglips · 15/09/2006 23:01

of course she loves them as she was so proud of herself feeding them but what didnt help that she shouted "COME BACK!!" to the poor squirrel, it nearly died of a fright! - oops!

she didnt want to come home as she wanted to find more squirrels - there were loads out today cos of the lovely weather

airy · 15/09/2006 23:05

Ahhhhhh Sounds exactly like the kind of thing my dd would have done!
We had squirrels feeding out of dd's hand at Sefton Park recently too, they're cheeky little sods! Just come up to you looking for food

jaamy · 16/09/2006 08:43

A-ha...you're all guilty of bingo-mania, I see! Thanks for doing the links Nemo and Browny
OK - end of Oct seems too far away, don't think I could control my bingo urges for that long...clickety click...see there I go again!
What about Fri 29th Sept. 7pm? If anyone wants food, 6pm. Is that too early for a Friday Sat would be better but it's BL's L's party on the sun. Dn't want to be responsible for a load of bingo hangovers!
Looks like it's 9.99 for the main play and £2 for the link game (like I know what that is!)
Anyway, if you wanna come regardless of the date and time, lease sign up using Nemo's link, bleow

BROWNY · 16/09/2006 12:37

Airy, I didn't see you honest , sometimes I walk home along Springwood Avenue for a change, so that might be where I got to . I hope your dd has settled in and you're not missing her too much.

Jammy, that date's fine with me and the earlier the better!. I'll sign up now.

BROWNY · 17/09/2006 19:13

Woke up full of cold this morning and felt awful, I eventually managed to get myself dressed when ds1 came screaming through the front door, he'd fallen off his scooter trying to go up his friend's ramp .

Rang dh who was in work and he came straight home, took dh to the walk-in and lucky for him he just had butterfly stitches. We took him to Asda to buy him a present for being so brave, when his wound started to bleed, the blood was just dripping but the walk-in was shut then. We ended up going to Boots in Speke, to buy more butterfly stitches and gauze. Poor little ds1's face was as white as a ghost, he's lying on the sofa now asleep. I think I've another grey hair now!

BROWNY · 17/09/2006 19:14

Forgot to say that he'd split underneath his chin open. Dd1 did exactly the same when she was only 3 but she needed four stitches because her's was a star shaped wound. Ds1's wound was in the shape of a half moon. I'm keeping him off school tomorrow, don't want to chance it opening up when he's playing in the playground.

Nemo1977 · 20/09/2006 11:11

hi ladies..not going to be able to make it. It wasnt the money but H had started with a cold on monday and have to keep an eye on her breathing which isnt going too good today so may mean a trip to hospital later...arghhh thought we had left this behind...lol

BROWNY · 20/09/2006 20:25

Nemo, hi, sorry H is feeling poorly.. hope she doesn't need a trip to hospital again.

Joec, had a lovely day today, kids enjoyed it and great to actually sit down have something nice to eat (that I didn't have to make myself) and have a gab without the kids interupting us every 2 seconds!. Your dd2 left her pink cardigan in our house, I tried to phone your mobile but I bet it was in the boot of your dh's car .

Nemo1977 · 20/09/2006 21:35
