Southampton meet-up

So, there's me, Stressyhead, HMC. Adell can you get to Southampton?

What suits everyone? Any ideas?

Doh! Only just popped back in here and you managed a meetup already! Bum, I'd love to come to the next one. I'm Liv, 27 from Soton, I have a 9m dd and I'm obsessed with cloth nappies but promise not to nag you all about them.

Shall we head in your direction this time bunny2? What do you suggest? I know that DD loves the seaside, but it's a bit cold for that at the moment. The oceanarium would be good, or any other animal type thing. We went to marwell again last week; make a mental note, never go to a zoo in half term week if you can possible help it. It certainly wasn't beautifully quiet then!

Oceanarium sounds good to me - and isn't weather dependent....would that suit your ds bunny2?

Is it worth using 'contact another talker' to email some others (who said they might be interested in meeting up back at the start of the thread) with the details once these are decided upon? I'm happy to do this....

The Oceanarium is good and there are some nice gardens/the ocast if the weather is ok. I can do any days except Tue and Thurs.

What time suits everyone? I'll suggest 11.00ish. We can look round the aquarium and have lunch. After lunch we can see what the weather is like and maybe brave the coast.

11.00 is good for me.

Kiwisbird and Oliviab - Oceanarium is in Bournemouth and its pretty much on the sea front. You will spot it as you drive into Bournemouth towards the seafront parking and Bournemouth BIC multi storey. I haven't checked but it probably has a website with directions on it...
