Mendip/Somerset mums, anyone out there apart from me?!?

I know some mums have met up in Frome before now. There was one mumsnetter in Trowbridge and more in West Wilts.

Weekends are generally quiet on here. Try again on Monday if people still haven't come forward.

Busyalexsmummy, where abouts in somerset are you? I live in North east somerset.
There was a thread going awhile back, and I now meet up with a mum I met on there.
I'm sure there are a few more people from somerset about :)

...only just had chance to get back onto mums net after viewing on Saturday! fallen in love with what we now calling "our" house, situated in a small village called "Stawell" which is about 10 mins off Junc 23 of the M5....fingers crossed that our house sale is going to go through and it'll all pull together for the summer holidays !!! ...they say that house moving is soooo stressful..how right they are !!! I seem to have spent every spare minute decluttering, tidying, polishing and hoovering. Anyway, finally our house has gone on the market (phew !!) Feel absolutely exhausted ..and this is only the start of it !!! We've made a monumentous decision and decided to move into rented for 6 months so that we can spend the time looking for "the dream " Unless the house in Stawall is still on the market (somebody else is now interested in it too but going through a messy divorce I'm told so a question of who sells first) Really excited now about the move...new places, new faces etc etc

Hi, I'm another Somerset Mum, well North Somerset in Clevedon, though from Taunton originally. DS is 1 year in May and no 2 is on it's way due in October. Often over Wells Glastonbury way and maybe moving to the Mendips.
