See, I tend to do the same every time I go... 30 mins on treadmill - speed about 6.9 and an incline of 6, I find this burns more cals than say running for 30 minutes at less of an incline.
I then do arm pull down things
Stomach curl things
Chest press thing
Thigh abducter - inny and outy
I find the cross trainer and bike boring so I tend to ignore them.
Perhaps I could do with a personal trainer - someone to push me.
I usually go Sun, Mon, Wed and then on a Friday I do Pilates.
