I agree with BIWI in that when the music is too loud I can't hear anyone - my hearing is crap so I would spend the night going 'eh?' like an old lady with an ear trumpet.

There is an upstairs and a downstairs at the venue, so possibly one of those could be the 'loud/music/dancing' area. Although not sure how you would prevent the sound spreading to the other.

Well I am not supposed to drink but I might have one or two. I had some snowballs at Christmas and it was OK. I think they just don't want me to go out and get blindo on a dozen cosmopoliatans. (I fucking WISH)
