As promised.... here is the beginnings of our January Meet-up.

Choices are:

Glasgow
Edinburgh
Falkirk
Stirling
Perth

Perth is a bit far for me (no car), apart from that I'm not too bothered where it is.

DATE: SUNDAY 15th JANUARY 2006

Now we have some choices:

  1. With or without kids
  2. Meal or just coffees
  3. Is it an evening
  4. Is it an evening involving alchohol.

..Not that I'm trying to sway y'all towards a good swally!

Sign in folks.

I had a work Christmas do at Behind the Wall a few years ago (one of my collegaues lived in Flakirk and complained that he was always the one who had to travel either to Glasgow or Edinburgh, where the rest of us live) and have to say it was a good evening.

The restaurant bit was fine - but the bar bit did get extremely crowded (OK before the meal, impossible afterwards).

SackAche · 03/12/2005 15:52

Everyone in agreement with Falkirk??? I can get it booked ASAP.

Diane77 - Its not called Sepia's anymore. So I don't know if its changed hands or just changed names.

What does everyone want then? Italian or pub restaurant??

I'm easy....... or so it says on the bus shelter round our area!

Won't find out my shifts for another couple of weeks but if I'm off, I'll go. I'm sure they could squeeze lil ole me at short notice. If not, I'll stand at the window with a bag of chips and cry.

expatinscotland · 05/12/2005 20:12

Have fun, ladies! Will have newborn baby then, so that's me tied up.

HarkTheHerpesAIMSMUMsings · 05/12/2005 20:18

For goodness sake expat, the baby will be at least a few weeks by then That's no excuse!!

Good, looks like there will be a few of us!
