New thread to discuss next meetup for coffee and chat. Can I suggest Bexleyheath this time? BHS has loads of room in their cafe for prams - Starbucks is really too small if there are lots of us. Anyone for BHS in Bexleyheath on Monday 14 November at around 12.30?

I think that is good for us! My sis leaves the Saturday before - it will be nice to have a detox coffee - we have our time booked like crazy for the next few weeks with sightseeing.

Prettyfull · 31/10/2005 08:08

Hi, i would love to come to this meet up...i havent been to one b4 so a lil nervous but would be lovely to get out and meet new people!! xx

Micku5 · 31/10/2005 08:10

You can count me in.

Prettyfull · 31/10/2005 08:14

hi micku5, have you been to a meet up before?? im guessing you lot already know each other lol

Micku5 · 31/10/2005 08:19

I went to the one in Woolwich so I've only met the other mums once. I couldn't make the one last week.

They are really nice and maybe Kbear could bring some more brownies... hint hint.

Prettyfull · 31/10/2005 08:31

yeah...hehe...i think that would be a WONDERFUL welcome lol looking forward to meeting you all

KBear · 31/10/2005 10:29

I would but I think the folks at BHS might have something to say about it! Already had to fend off the brownie police at the Waterfront - no food you haven't bought here rules - pah!

Prettyful - don't be shy - we come in peace! Where do you live BTW?

Hi everyone, i'm back on line!!

I'm keeping a low profile though as without mumsnet i get so much more done.

I would like to come on monday but dd has started a trampolining course at 12.30pm. We are only in the sports centre so could be there by 1.45pm. How long do you think you'll be there, is it worth us coming?

KBear · 31/10/2005 10:55

Hi coldtea, where you been? We'll probably still be there then but I'll have to leave by 2.30 latest to get DD from school. You coming to the curry on 19 Dec - check out the other thread.

I've had no access to the internet for nearly four weeks! It's been a nightmare, it still isn't right and BT have been a complete waste of space, but, at least we've finally worked out we can connect if we go into ds' sign in!

Dropinthe told me about the curry on the 19th & yes i will be coming. Has the venue been decided?

I'll still come on the 14th, we'll only get 45mins but that may not be such a bad thing-you know what dd is like!!

coldtea · 31/10/2005 11:07

It will be good to see everyone again & to meet you prettyfull

Dropinthe · 31/10/2005 11:13

Prettyfull · 31/10/2005 13:26

HI hoges, where about r u in Woolwich? Maybe we could meet up b4 the 14th, it would be nice to know someone first!! I go to a baby group on tues and thurs? Do ya fancy that??

Hoges · 31/10/2005 13:41

Prettyfull. Send you a CAT - check your email

bran · 31/10/2005 13:47

I can probably make this one, perhaps even on time . I though Bexleyheath was miles away, but it's pretty quick by DLR and train. It'll be so exciting, I've never been there before (there aren't that many parts of London left that I can say that about).

bran · 31/10/2005 13:48

Does anyone know if I can use my pre-pay Oyster card for the train to Bexleyheath, or do I have to buy a travelcard?

Hoges · 31/10/2005 13:58

Pretty sure you can't use an oyster card to Bexleyheath. Bad luck!

Prettyfull · 31/10/2005 14:05

Hey hoges, i didnt receive your mail, i tried sending you one so not sure if thats worked. Let me know pls x
