I am, is anyone else? I'm looking forward to it.

Vitamins will be weighed out later.

Napolean its really common to stall in week 3,4 and 5 of LC. If you read OPs on the boot camp threads for those weeks BIWI explains why much better than I could ever do. Don't get disheartened, keep on keeping on and your body will soon catch up. Well done on your losses so far.

Can I join in? I need to lose at least 2 stone, probably 2.5 stone really.

I'm ashamed that I'm wearing size 16 clothes for the first time ever. My self confidence isn't great at the best of times and I'm really struggling now.

My problem is I've no willpower .. when I feel bored or tired I start stuffing junk in.

I'll get rid of all the remaining chocolate etc in the morning and stock up on the right foods. Any suggestions for easy meals to start with?

Started this morning. I weigh 12 stone 11.5, heaviest ever. I've had bacon and fried eggs for breakfast (late) and black coffee decaff. I really hate drinking water but will try.

I didn't have much food in yesterday but did ok. I had butternut squash soup for lunch and scrambled eggs for dinner plus a snack of cold roast beef and a small piece of brie. I probably didn't drink enough water but had lots of black decaff coffee.
