Yes, I know! Doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun?!

Spreadsheet as usual:

As I said on the last thread, I’m on Jury Service for the next two weeks (hopefully no longer!) hence starting next week’s thread a bit early.

I hope all those who’ve had ‘little blips’ don’t see too much damage on the scales.

Planning my shopping for tomorrow - I’ve been released from Jury Service a week early, so I have time to cook properly rather than just pull something together quickly when I get home!

Will be making the salmon laksa again - with noodles for DH and DS2, and Bare Naked Noodles for me, instead of cabbage. I’ll probably add more chilli this time as well.

And also have the chicken and feta meatballs on my list as everyone enjoyed those.

I might do the chicken laksa again too, I’ve got a pack of barenaked noodles in and it was really nice. Last night I had roasted cauliflower leaves with my dinner and pre-cooked up some cauliflower cheese which we’ve just had tonight. If you haven’t tried the roasted cauli leaves they are lovely, just cut them up a bit, toss in oil and salt and roast them.

Did you get on a case @BIWI ? The first time I did it the case took the whole two weeks. Second time it only took 2.5 days and we were sent home after the verdict on the Weds lunchtime having been told to come back next morning, but then they phoned and said not to, which felt a bit strange, we didn’t get to say goodbye. But I was quite glad to not have to start another one really.

Haven’t RTFF - just popping in from holiday to say I did my helicopter ride today and didn’t get stopped or weighed. Hooray! I’ve been making good food choices on holiday so hopefully have near enough STS. I hope you’re all getting on well. I’ll weigh in on Tuesday when I’m home.
