Morning all! Spreadsheet as per:

Very glad to see that there are some great results already! Flowers
On the last thread, there was mention of pulled pork - there’s a really good recipe in one of the Fast 800 books, which I shall search out. I may already have posted it in one of the recipe threads, so I’ll check that too.

@RightTurnClyde please can you post the recipe/instructions for the celeriac dauphinoise

I’ll definitely be adding seeds back in tomorrow…I’ve missed having my Greek yogurt, seed mix and berries every morning. But what I’m enjoying at the moment is really not feeling hungry at all. So I think other than seeds I will just potter along as I have the last couple of weeks..

I am planning to stay on strict Bootcamp for another week just because it went well and it's been a while since I felt "in a zone" like I do now so may as well get the most of it!

Not sure the exact quantities as I'm not a precise cook but I'll try.

I peeled and sliced about 1/3 of a celeriac very thinly and arranged the slices in a small (1 pint) buttered casserole dish.

Then I added salt (1/4 tsp maybe) and 3/4 of a fat clove of garlic grated - both sprinkled over the top.

Poured on enough double cream to cover the celeriac - think about 200ml.

Finish with a little bit of ground nutmeg and covered with foil and into oven at 190.

After about 30 mins I took the foil off and let it brown. I think total cooking time of just under an hour.

Made enough for 2 people, it's very rich.

This week has been a bit of a disaster starting with an 8hr stint in A&E and followed by other difficult moments. I have wandered off the path but am back on now. Suspect no loss for me this week but am going to go into bootcamp light as I really miss a few nuts and berries in the morning. No booze for me. I’m here more for overall health than weight loss so happy to stall and feel balanced for now. Thanks @biwi for guiding us through.

Sounds like it been a tough week for a few in the group - so sending strength to all. 😊

That sounds like a bit of a nightmare @Thesoundofmusic23 Flowers

@RightTurnClyde thanks so much

@Eskimodesert that's one of the things I love about this woe - I suddenly realise it's 2pm and I haven't even thought about lunch - the gnawing hunger has gone. I always have a wee smile at those moments - yeah, this IS working...

I'll be having chia with yogurt and kefir, a few berries, topped with a mix of crushed nuts and seeds. It's probably 2 nuts in total but I'm really looking forward to it. What I'll NOT be doing is opening a bag of salted nuts, or nibbling on almonds - for me it is far too easy to just keep on going. If I feel snacky (which happens less often now) there's celery and St Agur blue creme in the fridge.

I’m delighted that I’m under 150lb this morning, having started boot camp on 154. That has been an interim goal, so now need to stay there. I’m planning to introduce some nuts and seeds but that’s all.
