I'll be in again please BIWI. Only gained a few pounds over holiday planned break, mostly stuck to plan for the rest of the time just not been on here as I was addicted to Grey's Anatomy!

I"d like to join back in - I've had a long break from joining in on the threads but I've been following/lurking all the time and keeping myself low carbing. Not much left to lose, roughly a stone, so would appreciate being kept on track!

Yes please! Lost 1.5 stone on the last one and it's mostly stayed off even after a few summer wanders off the righteous LCHF path. Am back to school motivated and trying a bit of IF too
