I've had a great day, visited the gallops with my horse again, he was ace. Top speed this week was 29.2 mph 
Then I went and collected an HP Sprocket (mini wireless printer) I was buying, I love it.
Food has not been great, all low carb but not ideal, not enough veggies (none in fact
). I hadn't taken any veg with me and its hard to eat on the go, left house at 0730 and that's me just in.
Food:
coffee with cream, egg (x2) in a cup, pork scratchings, mini cheese, lindt ball, 3x chicken thighs
That's bad!!!
