Next week and the spreadsheet
The very lovely Sayrra will create the spreadsheet based on the names already listed. It will be in alphabetical order.
If your name doesn't appear for any reason, just go to the bottom of the list and add your name. Don't try to re-alphabetize it, and avoid any of the cells Sayrra tells you to leave alone!!!
On Monday you can either add your actual weight, or you can index it - so you can start at 100 and subtract 1 for every pound that you lose.
Or you don't have to be on the spreadsheet at all if you prefer. Entirely up to you.
However, I should point out that the spreadsheet itself - known fondly as the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness - has lots of other resources that are really worth looking at. If you check out the tabs at the bottom, you'll find a list of veg carb counts, the rules of Bootcamp, and lots of links to other resources, such as videos, blogs, books etc. So have a good look around it.
Weigh-In is usually every Monday as that's when I start each week's new chat thread, but it's up to you if you use Monday's weight or any other day of the week if you prefer to weigh on a different day.
And a key reminded - it's not all about weight. It's really useful to take some measurements when you start as well. And/or, find a piece of clothing that's currently too tight for you - and each week try it on and see how it's fitting you. That's a really motivating way to see how much weight you're losing!
