Low Carb Bootcamp - the final weigh-in

Morning all!

Well, here it is - the last weigh-in for this Bootcamp!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I'm not sure what's happened with the weight tracker, and I forgot to check with MNHQ Blush sorry.

From last week's thread it seems like there have been some great losses on this Bootcamp, so really well done all of you StarStarStarStarStar

For those of you interested, the next Bootcamp will start on May 11 - I think that's 6 weeks away. In the meantime, though, next Monday I'll start a continuation chat thread so we can keep going until then. (Not that you have to sign up to the next one, obviously!)

And the very lovely Sayra is going to set the spreadsheet up so that you can continue to use it.

Each Bootcamp is different (as I have learnt!), but I have very much enjoyed this one, so thank you all for your company Grin

#Everything is awesome#

Guess what I had for dinner? Hint- it's Tuesday.

Grin

Well, I'm not sure where to post, but I'll stay here if most are.

I was cutting out choc, nuts and diary. The choc and nuts is easy but the diary isn't. Lots of recipes call for double cream or cheese Hmm

I could do it, if I stuck to meat and 2 veg, but I'm definitely more a one pot kinda cook......

And I put double cream in every soup.

So revised plan. No choc, no nuts and no yogurt. Only cheese and cream if it is recipe needed. Smile

Oh, and I'm currently having a red wine, (dp is off this week, so it's technically holiday season ) so we will swerve any rule about alcohol.

SayraT · 07/04/2015 20:15

I have no idea what you had! Is it a special Tuesday thing? I'm about to have gigot chop, mashed celeriac and spinach for dinner.

sassandfaff · 07/04/2015 20:27

Sorry sayra it's a parent with small children thing. Blush It's from lego movie. They sing everything is awesome, and have a taco Tuesday!

By god it's messy though. We have romaine lettuce as our taco, I made the taco seasoning and dp made the guacamole and salsa, we buy sour cream and top with cheese. It falls and drips everywhere! We had ribs with it too. More mess, but Delish.

Oh, I don't have children but I have seen Lego movie, I didn't like it though. I usually enjoy kids movies, I watched Aladdin the other day.

I like using lettuce like that. Tomorrow I'm trying egg wraps for fajitas, I've used lettuce before though.

Still here. Just weighed in and I'm 9.5 so lost 2 stone sine Christmas. I can't quite believe it as it's been so enjoyable. The thought that is could be 8.13 in a few weeks is bonkers.

SayraT · 08/04/2015 07:11

Wow, well done on your weight loss wonky that is fantastic Flowers

What is your goal weight? Are you quite close?

Another busy day of dog walking and pet sitting for me today, just having my breakfast (FF yog with added cream and a squished strawberry on top) then off to ride before getting started. Loving this nice weather we've been having, hope its been nice for everyone.

almahart · 08/04/2015 08:36

Wow! Two stone is fab wonky but sayra 20ibs is also loads! I'm just experimenting with maintaining at the mo. Am at a quite good weight for me and would like to consolidate before jumping into may boot camp. Love this woe though, am still eating delicious food and not missing fillery carbs at all really

SayraT · 08/04/2015 10:36

I know almahart but I'm just annoyed with myself that I let myself slide, I lost most of that in the January 2014 BC! At least on the plus side I've maintained that loss Grin

Last year that was what I tried to do almahart, I actively tried to lose in the BC weeks and maintain in the non-BC weeks. I thought it was worth practicing for when I eventually get to my goal weight.

sassandfaff · 08/04/2015 19:50

Had a lovely day at Southport with the youngest dc's. Ainsdale beach, lunch in the car Grin (chicken breast, olives and sausages) and then took them to pleasure land.

Still on the reductionist low carb, but no weight loss yet. Koko.

Wonkyparsnip · 08/04/2015 20:41

Sayra I'm 6lbs off. I've dreamed of being 8.13 since I was 16. Can't believe it might be a reality!

almahart · 08/04/2015 20:44

Sorry sayra, I missed the 2014 bit!
