And I hate myself for being so hopeful when I meet someone I think I could really like.

been chatting on msn for AGES, texted a bit, agreed to meet up today but since the weekend he has been MIA

He has either died, dropped down the toilet or is avoiding me (not answered the "is thursday still on" text and not been on msn at all when he is usually on more than once a day)

Pah, his loss.... (if only I could believe it!)

It's the not knowing where you stand that's the worst bit isn't it.. You'd feel better if he just turned round and said can't meet up or whatever wouldn't you - well I would.

It is only common courtesy to give a reason (even lie!) - don't just disappear off the face of the earth.

I really want to send him a text saying how much fun it was meeting today, but then he would know it bugged me.

Yes, lucky escape for you I think. What an arse. I don't think I'll ever understand men.

It's going OK-ish.. have gone off him a lot after the way he behaved though. He does seem to be making more effort, saw him Wedneday night for a couple of hours and I think he's planning to see me at some point over the weekend but haven't discussed that yet.

He makes me want to look after him which is kind of a weird feeling. Definitely don't feel the same as I did though.

maybe that is a good thing - him working to behave like an adult etc and regaining your trust / respect

bloody men, far more irritating and confusing than us !
