Just thought some of you might want to play this game with me...

This week my ex hates me because I won't collect our children from his wedding reception. Too weird for me I'm afraid than to poo in and collect them with all the same guests from our wedding there Grin.

Last week he hated me because I was annoyed that he's moving to Norway and I only found out through the kids. I may have mentioned that I wasn't very happy about finding out that way.

Why does your ex hate you this week?

My ex hates me because I dared to ask him for child maintenance towards his daughter who he sometimes goes 3-4 weeks without seeing and acts like he’s doing me a favour by paying for her! He hasn’t paid fully for the last 3 months might I add. He also thinks £200 is too much to pay for her a month, even though LO has multiple allergies (free from aisles are literally daylight robbery!) and that money also includes any extras like for new shoes/clothes that she is constantly needing but yet doesn’t think twice about the fact I pay more than double of the amount he pays each month for her! Bloody exes!

It's astonishing how many of our exes have problems with us that boil down to money. My ex contributes less than 15% of his earning for his children, whereas 100% of mine go into the family budget. And he thinks he's hard done by despite earning a fortune more than I do. It's rather sad really.

Some of my top reasons have been
I wouldn't let her take our daughter out of school to pick up her new glasses (something that could easily be done after school, by me as it was my day)
I mentioned being drunk at 8am might not be good role model behaviour
I dared mention how I disliked her brand new, 30year older (Yes, older, he was 63 to her 32) convicted paedo bf (I know, what a controlling bastard I am)
I was upset when our 5y/o daughter phoned me at 11pm on a school night, crying and begging me to pick her up cause 'mummy gone mad'.
When she had an epileptic fit, I took the night off work, took the 3 kids to my house, and looked after them while she recovered

@3kids1dad if she's involved with a paedophile then surely you need to report to social services and get a child arrangements order too to ensure their safety.

3kids1dad · 10/09/2018 07:00

They were already involved, way before that happened. When I told em, I got told it was in past and he had no 'unsupervised' contact, it was all fine! Basically got told off for 'trying to make trouble
I am talking about 3years ago now, she dies last year so no longer an issue like that in our lives

PerverseConverse · 10/09/2018 07:07

Sorry to hear that. The title of the thread states "this week" so your post was assumed to be about the here and now not 3 years ago. Hope things are better for you now.

This week my ex hates me because I refuse to meet him without a chaperone because of his aggressive and abysive behaviour. Apparently that is bullshit and I need to stop playing the victim.

3kids1dad · 10/09/2018 07:44

Oops sorry, got reading and got all engrossed

HowamIgoingtocope · 14/09/2018 02:11

Because I dont agree to which s book out child should go to without seeing them all

Pixikitten0123 · 17/09/2018 08:49

Because I’m currently in a hotel with our daughter and about to head up to hospital with her for the week for testing and I’ve not told him. He’s been non contact with the kids for nearly 4 months now anyway and previously hasn’t asked how she is so I’m not volunteering information. He’ll also be mad when he finds out that I’m actually seeing someone and not sat crying over him and his affair with the O W....

surlycurly · 26/09/2018 07:01

I asked for a letter for my mortgage provider outlining that he intends to continue to pay maintenance for my dc. He's refused and the children are furious with him (they only know because he refuses to talk to me at all and told them he wasn't signing it). Ive had a barrage of abusive texts calling me a child abuser. The irony. I've managed to find somewhere that will give me a mortgage alone but I'll have to borrow some money from my mum. He's furious he can't prevent me from buying it.

Because I wouldn't unlock the car door when he was wrenching at the handle, shouting and swearing at me.

Hellohah · 26/09/2018 15:07

Because after 13 years I have finally gone to the CSA so he can pay some money towards for his DS.

surlycurly · 26/09/2018 20:04

Fuck sake what a classy bunch they are.

While I was in hospital with our sick child (he couldn’t be made aware due to DV) he turned up at their childcare provision and attempted to abduct the children - a very hasty call to my solicitor made and him threatened with legal action if he tries it again. Taking a sick child without any form of medication for her is actually dangerous and could kill the child. Stupid and stupid again
