You've been truly inspirational, to be so positive in such dire circumstances has made me give my head a wobble for the petty whinges I usually bleat about.

Do what feels right for you but don't keep your mum and Jacob away in the belief it will be too hard for them, yes it may
be difficult but nothing is worse than being far from your loved ones in their hour of need.
