My beautiful sister

I adore her. She had melanoma in COVID, they said they got it all etc, and it's back. Looking like it will be pretty quick now.

Thank you all so much. Can't tell you how much your support means - it's lovely to know you're all thinking of us

She's still just conscious but can't talk much. I held her hand and told her I loved her. Made her smile a couple of times. Her son's aunt collected him from school early and brought him in - he hasn't a clue what's going on poor kid. He adores her, and her him.

My other sister is staying in hospital with them - brother in law wanted me to stay with my parents who are obviously devastated.

My heart goes out to you & your family. I lost my OH in 2017 when my youngest was 10 & a friend was diagnosed last week.

I couldnt imagine being a child and losing a parent, Im really heartbroken for all of you but especially for that little boy :'(

I last saw her well in April - we had a howl of a time as we usually do. She was still going running. In early may she developed pneumonia which kept not responding to antibiotics. After 6 weeks of this they did a scan and kept her in. That was two weeks ago tomorrow.
