My sister in law has terminal breast cancer, its end stage, she's palliative in a hospice and she's 40 with young kids.
It's awful. I'm waiting for the call to say she's gone. It's torture.

I don't know why I'm posting really.

I don't know how we will cope with this, without her.

I'm so sorry for your loss, I lost my friend to cancer 5 years ago age 39 and leaving the hospice knowing I'd never see her again was heartbreaking. Take some time for yourself in all of the craziness that will come ❤️

How terrible for you and the rest of the family. So so young to die from this horrid disease.
Be kind to yourself, allow yourself to grieve and be there for each other. Your sister obviously has a lovely family. Her memory will live on through her lovely kids, and you will keep it alive forever. Best wishes OP.

@Twix42 You will get through it one day at a time. Had the same with my late partner, he was being kept comfortable on morphine having decided he didn't want to have any more treatment to keep him alive. We stayed by his side until his last breath and it didn't make our loss any less but he was free of the life that had become too painful to live any more. Sending you all the love. Just remember to let yourself grieve as and when it takes you xxx
