July FET 2025

Hey!!
Due to have my FET in July following my egg collection in April, I'm due to start norethisterone on Monday then patches so estimating my transfer to be mid-July!
Anyone else? 💛

@GamerGirl09 gosh that really is a head f*!! I wish we had a little door where we could see if and know what is going on!! I 100% get what you mean about not being able to grieve yet because your just in limbo, I feel the exact same, I'm now thinking to myself the test I used this morning was an old random one from god knows when as my other box had run out so maybe it's a dud test, I'm trying to hold onto any bit of hope I can. I'll be praying for you until Friday, the waiting is pure torture xx

@waitingforourmiracle really hoping things pick back up for you! Is your fertility clinic abroad?
@GamerGirl09 what a night that must’ve been! Keeping everything crossed for your scan.
@FlatWhiteAnyone I wouldn’t worry about that. On my discharge letter after my FET it says that bleeding doesn’t mean it’s an unsuccessful cycle. Maybe if you let your clinic know they can give you some more reassurance.

@SparklyMintBeaker no they are only about 45 minute from me, I'm going to do another test tomorrow then based on that result I'll contact them again with an update x

@waitingforourmiracle would they not do scans/tests for you as part of the package?

@waitingforourmiracle Thank you, really praying for you too ♥️ I thought that, we’re in a very similar situation and it f’in sucks. I’d be the exact same if I were you thinking is it a dud test or something. Hoping for both of us ♥️

@SparklyMintBeaker They have booked me for a scan on the 21st, to be honest when I called on Sunday she didn't seem concerned at all so I don't even know if they would bring it forward... They never mentioned beta bloods

Super nervous as last week they felt the pregnancy was 3 days behind

My tests are all over the place, last night it was darker again and then this morning it was a little lighter so I contacted the clinic again because I feel like I'm going insane and they got me in this morning to do bloods, to be honest I'm expecting the worst but we'll see x

@waitingforourmiracle glad you rung them to let them know did you test for hcg and progesterone?
i’ve had a rocky night myself, up at 4 with cramps and brown spotting, cramps feel identical to pms if not actual period cramps. Rung the clinic and went and had my hcg checked. Dr wasn’t concerned about cramps and spotting but I feel like my period is coming on, there’s no way it can feel like this and not come on. Preparing myself for the worst too but will hopefully get answers later today.
My hcg on Sunday was 783 so he was very happy.
Guess it was too good to be true :-(

@SparklyMintBeaker they are checking hcg so will go back on Friday so a repeat. Sorry to hear that, brown spotting my clinic say isn't a cause for concern (I know for us it is!) and the cramps could possibly be from progesterone? Will you get your blood results today? X

@waitingforourmiracle I’ll get results today yes. Dr said cramps could be embryo implanting but I feel like he was trying to stay positive because he saw how distressed I was.
If the cramping wasn’t so similar to period/pms I wouldn’t be concerned much re brown spotting. I also have loose bowels which I usually get when I’m on my period. He also said too early to scan.
which day was your transfer? Mine was 24/7.

@SparklyMintBeaker my results should be today too, let me know how you get on ❤my FET was the 18/7 so also told it's too early to scan, I do still have a scan booked at EPU on Monday so will see how I get on with bloods first x

Result came back 2565, Dr says my symptoms are normal for this stage but I’m still in a lot of pain, he said I could take paracetamol but I haven’t yet. Not sure how the next few days will pan out.

@SparklyMintBeaker what did they say they'd expect to see? It sounds positive though! There will be lots going on inside you at the minute I think we're gonna feel lots of different things! I hope the pains don't get worse! No news from my clinic yet, I'm getting desperate for the call! X

@waitingforourmiracle They just said they wanted to see a rising trend compared to my result on Sunday which there is. They are pretty confident nothing abnormal is going on however this sudden onset of cramping just doesn’t sit right with me. I get anxiety with pain because of my history of endometriosis too.
I’ve taken today and tomorrow off work to rest because I can’t seem to do much from the pain. Are you still getting bleeding? Let me know when you get your results ♥️

@worldwidetravel2017 I’m hoping so ♥️ Got to wait until Friday morning for a scan so I’m in limbo. Presume if there’s something on the scan they’ll do a blood test too 🤷🏼‍♀️ The bleeding and huge clots lasted for about 6/7 hours Monday night and since then just had spotting really. Maybe 3/4 times when I’ve wiped it’s been red, couple times nothing, couple times brown spotting, couple times pink spotting. It’s so horrendous being in limbo. I can’t fully grieve because there’s a chance I’m still pregnant but I can’t fully hold on to that chance because I know I might have already miscarried. It’s shit.

@SparklyMintBeaker hold on to that positive they have risen! I completely understand the anxiety feeling, I'm questioning every single twinge I get at the minute! I've not had any more bleeding, no spotting or anything so that's slightly reassuring. Get lots of rest x

@GamerGirl09 Oh girl, it really is awful. I'm pretty confident I have and I feel like my body knows but my mind won't believe it until I'm told for certain, 1 minute I'm in tears the next I think maybe it's not what I'm thinking and get a glimmer of hope but it's short lived. I know it probably won't give any more answers but have you decided to test again? X

Clinic have just called and bloods came back at 160 so that confirms what I already knew, gutted 💔

😔 that sucks so much. It’s such an unfair process 😞😞

I am doing first blood tests tomorrow, spotting stopped, so probably was implantation, never had it before
