Welcome to anyone who wants to join me for their May FET! My transfer date is actually 30/04 but the TWW and test day will be in May so thought I’d see if I could find some buddies! The April thread is very full so thought it would be good to start fresh!

@Fruitypineapple how was your scan? I had an early day 8 scan today. Lining is already above 8mm which is good to know as I was worried about relying on my natural cycle! One dominant follicle around 9mm so far so will find out later how often they want me back in for scans to monitor so they don't miss anything 🤞

One grade A hatching embryo on board now, keeping everything crossed that it's a lucky one. Now the countdown to testing begins, although I'm a serial early tester so won't be too long until I start peeing on sticks 🤣

My embaby is on board as well. It's a day 5 blastocyst so hope it gets in there and starts hatching away too. @kirstysmbc when is your official test date. Mine is 2.6.2024.

Hope everyone is OK. Has anyone experienced backache and dull cramps after a transfer?

@BebeBelle @kirstysmbc Grade A Embryo is also on board over here! Apparently rather eager, lively and half hatched.. praying and hoping for all of us ❤️

We've our wee one onboard! I'm so emotional on and off all day. Few tears some ugly! Good luck everyone!! 😀☘️

I had cramps, felt like a period almost! And some sort of stretchy pains. I took it as a good sign :)

@Infert1lel1fe I noticed like a lower backache on Monday and I've noticed it a bit more today and a dull ache feeling at the front. Transfer was on Friday, had two put back. I'm hoping what I'm feeling is a good sign.

@Rainbowsunshine81 I had cramps after my transfer and backache/sciatica a few days after which turned out to be implantation!

@DippyDuck19 I'm really really hoping it's implantation. ❤️

@DippyDuck19 thank you ☺️ scan went well. Measuring exactly where we should be at 5+6, saw a little heart beat and everything!

@Natty2 I’m glad your scan went well! It sounds like everything is going well :) My scan went well too, my lining is 9mm and my dominant follicle is 16mm so Ovulation is approaching soon! Lining was lovely and smooth too. Very excited to get my LH surge so I can finally get my transfer booked. I wonder if we’ll end up with the same transfer date. X

To those who may not have received the news they wanted, I see you and understand all that you may be feeling right now. It sucks and it's not fair - try to keep the belief alive 🤍

Following my own 5th FET earlier this month, I also received a BFP earlier this week 😊 While very pleased, I know all too well that anxiety of these first weeks. This new immunology protocol I'm following this time seems to be doing the trick so far though and so I'm trying to take each day as it comes. I had another intralipid drip today and I'm told I'll need another two between now and twelve weeks! To anyone who has been fobbed off with "Sorry, bad luck" or "Sorry, unexplained fertility" - I couldn't be a bigger advocate for exploring this growing area of fertility treatment and diagnosis!!

@SETTC87 congratulations on your bfp ❤️ did you have a intralipid-infusion before transfer? I had a intralipid-infusion before my frozen embryo transfer and had my transfer last Friday. My test date is the 29th. If I have a positive test, I'll have more intraplids every 4 weeks until 12 weeks. Did you have a nk cell blood test? I did and the CD3 was higher than it should have been.

Hey there, I tested today and it’s a BFP. Feeling very grateful and hoping that everything sticks. 🤞

Hi everyone. I have my transfer for 10th of June. I started my oestrogen tablets and blood thinners today...im scared about the side effects 😔

Can I ask those of you with positives what was your activity level after transfer?x

@Sherr33 I did nothing different after my transfer. I carried on eating normally (in fact ate out more than usual) and activity levels were normal. I did take a week off work as work is stressful but did a fair bit of walking. I was convinced it wouldn't work so wasn't going to make myself unhappy by being strict with diet and routine. I got a bfp (albeit very faint) 5dp5dt and I'm now 5w+5.
