had the call and 5 have fertilised. They are keeping an eye on the remaining 3 but don’t think they will catch up.

Hope you hear soon @Millie89xx! I feel more tired than usual and a bit sore but nothing major. How about you?

@Hopingforno2in2023 ohhh have they called you already today ?? How good is that ! Congratulations 5 is a greattttt number are you having a fresh transfer ? I’m quite sore but not as bad as yesterday 2 nd pessary in this morning there not as bad as first thought although the bloating is real today other than that I don’t feel all that bad

Yes they called just before 9 @Millie89xx. Yes going for a fresh transfer if all goes well :) Glad you are doing well.

@Hopingforno2in2023 just had the call 9 have fertalised out of 13 I’m absolutley over the moon with that ❤️🩷 hoping for day 5 fresh transfer

I also just had the call that 7 out of the 7 collected have fertilized. So happy with that!
They booked me in provisionally for tomorrow but they are keeping an eye on them and if we a good amount that are developing correctly then we wait with the transfer.
Does this sound like a normal procedure? Maybe some of the ladies with more experience can advise.

So pleased the EC went well for you all! Some fab numbers there too ☺️

The progesterone pessaries have made by go to the toilet more.. not sure why, but I have to plan when to do them incase I need the bathroom straight after 😂
Only other side effects I have is sore boobs and a hunger I can't describe. But I keep wanting biscuits and chocolate which is so unlike me to crave it like this 🙈 I'm allowing myself to enjoy it this weekend, then need to get my arse into gear 😂

3dp and I tested out the trigger, and it's gone... so now to just try and hang in there until OTD 😬

I am pencilled in for a day 3 transfer @Melisss but it may be day 5. All depends on how well things go today and tomorrow is my understanding.

Well done ladies on all your excellent egg numbers.
I wasn't so lucky and ended up with 2 fertilized eggs down from 4.
Knowing this is my last chance as I have no more money has made this extra stressful.ive had 2 transfers on NHS pregnant both time but miscarriages.
This is my first and only private round due to finances. The wait has been agonising to say the least.
Today I got the day 3 call.
Both have survived!!!!
We have 1 with 8 cells and 1 with 10 cells!! (They want between 6-8) and both are a grade 2 (1 is best and 4 is the poorest)
I'm so happy. Actually in shock. Just wanted to share my positive news of the day
I know all can change but going to enjoy the day as the last few have been so daunting.

@Hopingforno2in2023 yeah, was just thinking that tomorrow is only day 2 so I really hope they call me tomorrow morning to say we wait.

Great news @Kitt86! Are they transferring today?

We are booked in for Saturday. They wanted me to come in first thing but I said desperately want acupuncture on sat morning first as I have never done that before so they have had to ring around the doctors etc to ask for later time 🫣 me being a Diva. 😂😂

@Kitt86 that is such great news! Those 2 are soldiers! IVF is such an emotional experience and a financial strain for loads of people. And all this waiting is horrible but every bit of good news just sets you up for the whole day. I really hope that you get your happy ending 😊

@Melisss yes I was booked in for a provisional transfer too, depending on how they were progressing.
If they don't think they'll make it to blast they'll do a day 3 transfer or if they look good on the day they will let them run on to day 5

@Hopingforno2in2023 @Melisss did you ask for day 3 transfer ? They said 5 to me but will call again day 3 let me know how they are progressing

Hello lovelies! Congrats on all your lovely eggs and embryo’s progress! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 this is such an emotional rollercoaster eh!? My clinic said it would be late in the day they would phone so me and my OH went shopping to help keep our minds busy….que me running about the shoe shop with a Dr Martin on my foot going “OMG ITS THE CLINIC!” 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 our 4 wee embabies are progressing and our day 3 update is 1 is at 8 cells, 1 at 9 cells and 2 at 10 cells! Grades 34 and 33 lol not quite sure what that means but she said quality was ok not great. But we are really happy nonetheless 🥰 transfer booked for Saturday so we are praying we will end up with a beautiful blastocyst to put back in! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

No I didn’t ask @Millie89xx. They just said if only one or two doing ok they will do day 3. If more doing well they will go to day 5.

Morning ladies !!!! Hope everyone doing ok ? So I hit a new level of pain last night I thought yesterday I was over the worst but I got up bout 1am for a wee and wow the shooting pains up my moo and bum after was horrific I managed to ease it off with tabs and hot water bottle but even going for a wee my whole lower belly and ovary’s hurt is this normal ? 😭

@Millie89xx oh no, sorry you are not feeling well. I'm not sure to be fair, I would expect some things to be sore still but could you maybe check with your clinic? Better safe than sorry.
I asssume you don't have OHSS symptoms no? I would just call them and explain

I still feel a bit bloated and constipated. Been drinking prune juice so hoping I go back to regular. I assume it's from the progesterone.

@Melisss no I don’t think so think that comes with severe bloating and I’m not that bloated just pain on and off it’s stopped now I might just give them a call today and see what they say . I’ve been fine in that department thank god so far 🤞 lactulose is really good

I’m sorry you are in pain @Millie89xx. Definitely ring your clinic if you are worried :)

Had another call this morning and all five are growing well. Grades are 1 x 1-, 2 x 2, 1 x 2- and 1 x 3. So four of them are good quality, the fifth is a little wonky but May correct itself. I am pencilled in for transfer tomorrow but if they look as good tomorrow as they do today they will push that back to Monday. Very happy with everything so far.

So I just got a call from the hospital to tell us that one is way ahaed of the others and top quality so they want to transfer today. the other 6 are still going and they are watching them until monday to see if we have any to freeze.
I know this is silly but I am worried that today is only day 2 and they are already transfering. I know I should trust them but I am very nervous.
Anybody else on here that had a day 2 transfer?

I don’t know anything about two day transfers @Melisss but great that you have such a good quality embryo!
