Me too, all going well. I’m guessing another scan and trigger shot on weds?

Anyone got tips for collection?

Yes, scan and bloods Wednesday morning then will hopefully book me in for Friday!

How are you feeling? I had been ok until today but suddenly very bloated and sore

@BiscuitLover3678 nearly always totally painless. I loved the sedation. Didn't watch when they did the canula. Was nil by mouth from midnight. Make sure you are totally up to speed with the trigger injection etc. set alarms and get it ready xx

I’m feeling impatient! Not sure, I have 17 follicles but the biggest was 26 and smallest 15, so god knows!

Oh wow are they all big enough for collection? Mine are still under that line on the chart.

I’ve now got around 25 so that’s good. Loads of small ones though. I don’t know how many will get bigger by trigger shot time. I guess if only takes one.

It was okay, a little stingy but we’re used to that by now!

Very true, my most successful round I had less follicles and eggs. You just never know! Xx

I feel really exhausted the last few days, anyone else? Egg collection tomorrow so only triggered last night so I can’t blame that, I’m just absolutely shattered! Not sure why it’s started now.

@StaceyWS88 your body is going through so much so don’t be too hard on yourself. A nurse at the clinic told me this week that at the beginning of the process your ovaries are the size of your fingertip and the size of your fist by the time of egg collection. Puts into perspective what we’re growing! That combined with the emotional stress!!

Hi Ladies’

Its been a few days and I’m trying to catch up.
I can see some of you are going through some anxious times and just want to remind you to take care of yourselves 💜.

I had my egg retrieval yesterday with 8 eggs collected, not the best but not the worst. Ended up being out under general anaesthetic which I didn’t expect but it was fine.

Literally just had the call to say 3 have fertilised, again not the best but better than 0. They have tentatively booked me on for a day 3 transfer but will call me on the morning of day 3 and if all 3 are still good will re-book me for a day 5, all very stressful but just happy that in the present moment I have 3 fertilised. Xx

@Fizzle1987 well done girl!!!!!!! Many of us would be delighted with three xxx

So they called me on the way to the clinic and I almost freaked out as they were only meant to be calling with bad news.

They said the transfer is on but they need to change my drugs. No other info.

I am glad they are all over it but I'm pi55ed off they called me as I went from 0-100 on the stress level and I feel that it could have waited til I got there.

Sitting in the sunshine in the car park with my water. My advice to anyone who hasn't done it is don't start the constant drinking until an hour before. I went to the loo at home at 12 noon and started slow drinking in the car. I already need a wee and there's half an hour to go.

On my first transfer I was so desperate for a wee I couldn't get my clothes off to put the gown on 🤣🤣

@CR7 how did today go hun? I get what u mean about the pro bit the more times we do it the less the nurses have to do its just automatic for us 😂gd tip about the water for everyone who is still to go through it. I didn't start drinking my water until I got in the car 50 min before I had to be at the clinic. It was the first time I was diying to go pee before the procedure

@CR7 omg holding your wee is the worst! My last transfer I delayed it because I hadn’t drank enough because I was worried I’d be delayed like last time and nearly peeing myself! How was today? Xx

Transfer was super quick but I didn't go down until twenty minutes past my slot so though I was going to wee on the bed hahaha

I now have a progesterone injection as well as they said my body mustn't be absorbing enough
Of the pessary so my drugs list is now-

Morning
pessary
Steroids 20mg
Inhixia injection
Oestrogen 2 tablets

Evening
Progesterone injection (lubion)
Pessary

Every other night -
3 100mg oestrogen patches

Also I have supplements etc.
