@BiscuitLover3678 if you can, try not to test. Some of the ladies on here do find the testing helpful but personally I think I found it much easier to be hopeful and calm when you're not on the testing rollercoaster. I'm on a few threads and many of the ladies have said that in hindsight they wished they hadn't tested as it ended up stressing them out more. But I know it's hard. On my first cycle (which was unsuccessful) I did cave twice and I regretted it and said I wouldn't do it to myself ever again xx

I’ll hold off for longer as don’t think I’ll cope with a negative atm! I also think I’ll have only just implanted if I’m lucky so would definitely be negative I think.

@BiscuitLover3678 I agree with what @CR7 said. This was cycle 4 for me so trust me once your on the testing roller coaster it's not just disappointment if it's too soon to see a result. It's the fact you will be filling your body with anxiety and stress which produces bad hormones. It's normal to wonder if it's worked you would not be normal if you didn't feel that. But honestly for me the beat solution is put your feet up with feel good movies. Dedicate 30 minutes of your day to walk gently it promotes blood to the uterus which is good. I totally agree though for me the 2 ww is worse than egg collection and medication because that's the bit you can't control you know? 4 days post transfer is way to early to test. I was told sometimes with ivf implantation can be delayed until day 7 even so just let your body try and work its magic and do what you can do help it. Remember sole of feet must be kept warm at all times and make sure your eating right lots of protein and avoid foods you shouldn't be having basicly treat your body as if your already pregnant so no soft cheeses no high Mercury fish (tuna) etc

Thank you, it’s so hard. Any good high protein snack ideas? I have the fluffy socks on.

Not my OTD, 7dp, but got a faint line on a FRER, so shocked after a stark white test yesterday!

I’m positive too, the line was fainter than I thought it would be if it was positive but it’s definitely there. I’m attaching a picture so you can all look and tell me I’m not going mad 😅. I’m in a bit of shock I think so I’m rambling, sorry xx

Not til Saturday! Bloods at 8:30 so just hope they’re at a good level. Until then I’m chilling a bit on the tests and doing every 48 hours x

@StaceyWS88 well done, it’s so hard not to test every day!! I did cave and test this morning too on a FRER! The line was so faint that I’m pretty sure it was an evap. OTD isn’t until Monday so still super early for me!!

@StaceyWS88 be patient hun and be positive that diff looks like a positive so that's something to look forward to :) hold off testing on your OTD though!!

@TTCIVFMAMA am so sorry but don't give up hun just pick your self up and do it again. What number cycle was this? Xx
