Hello everyone, I thought I'd start a new thread because we filled the last one and lots of people are still in their TWW or waiting for transfers.

@laurapop thankyou do you recommend any companies? And that's amazing. The ones I have looked at are around £80 5 - 10 min scan it says.i have my 6 week scan at the clinic. I may book an 8 weeks one privately and then hopefully get to have my nhs one after that. X

I booked a private scan as well in EastAnglia Ultrasound website
My clinic will see me 5weeks after transfer, 21/02 and I will be 8weeks
Tomorrow I will be 6w3d and I am going for a private scan coz find it difficult to wait 2 more weeks
I paid 80£
And I am planning to book another private scan on week 16 to find out the gender.

@Frosty91 I went to one called window to the womb but it might be regional! And also ultrasound direct. Both were good - I can't remember exactly how much they were but maybe around £70 - I guess with inflation £80 sounds about right! Totally worth it when you are there. I can't remember how far along I was but one of the scans we got a little teddy with the heartbeat sound in when you pressed it 😍

I'm testing in the morning- really nervous now. I was feeling positive earlier on in the week but now it's getting closer I just feel like it's too good to be true if it is positive 🙈

@laurapop amazing. How many dpt are you tomorrow? Good luck. This group has been good luck so hopefully it's a positive for you😍 I bet you won't be able to sleep during the night today. And omggg that's so cute teddy with a heartbeat ❤ yes I will defo get a private scan then around 8 weeks. Thankyou I will see which clinics offer them in my area x

@laurapop good luck with your test tomorrow! I wish i had waited a bit longer as i’ve had negative tests over the last 3 days and i feel like my boobs aren’t as sore/sensitive anymore (not sure if this is just my imagination) as now i’m feeling really deflated and not very optimistic.
my test date isn’t until 17th so i’ve still got 6 days, I’m literally hoping and praying.

@Frosty91 I'm 9dpt tomorrow so hopefully will show up if I am 🙈. Yeah I'm not sure I'll be able to sleep well at all.. deffo be up early to test! Thank you

@LR94 I know I'm starting to think a lot of my symptoms are imaginary 🙈🙈.

I think you're a day behind me aren't you? I'd maybe wait til Monday/Tuesday if I were you (if you can! 😬). Its such a hard process isn't it. Fingers crossed yours just hasn't shown up yet xx

@laurapop yeah i’m a day behind you so my 9dpt is on Monday, i’ll try and wait haha. I think the 2ww is the worst part of the process.

I’m new to this group. I’m 5dp5dt and my test is due for 17th. Really struggling with the 2ww. Time is moving so slowly!!

I had cramps and sore boobs on day 2 and 3 after transfer but since then nothing. Anyone else have similar symptoms then they disappeared? It’s so hard to maintain hope….

Ughr, not been able to sleep all night so did a test about an hour ago and it's negative 😭.

I'm in shock really, I think I'd really convinced myself it was going to be positive. Just trying to stay hopeful and feeling grateful I've got my little girl.

@laurapop im so sorry, whens your actual test date? Some peoples hcg level’s don’t rise until day 12 so you still have time!
hi @HayleyM8848 my test date is the 17th aswell and its a nightmare, i’ve been testing since day 5 and its always neg.
i started off with really sore boobs (not like pms) and it’s slowly stopped and I’ve just been panicking ever since. I also had a 3 day transfer so i already feel like there is less of a chance.
stay positive, i think symptoms can come and go xxx

@LR94 thanks for the message.. think it's Thursday. My period would be due today in normal circumstances and I've done a clear blue early test which is 99% effective so I just really don't think there's a chance now 😩. Plus in my last pregnancy I had a line straight away at this point.

Its just weird cause I'm feeling all these symptoms but I guess it's true that it can just be down to the progesterone!

@laurapop oh no 😢 hope your okay. Stay strong try testing in another few days if nothing. Then speak to your clinic ser what they can do different. I really hope it works out for you. X

@HayleyM8848 @LR94 some people hcg are very strong so it picks up early. Some it doesn't so you still have a chance. Symptoms will come and go. I mean I'm nearly 6 weeks and sore boobs are on and off.. nausea comes and goes. So don't look into symptom spotting too much. Wish you the best of luck x

I had the first scan today and it was the most emotional day of my life 🤍
We saw one baby with a heart activity 🌈🤍
I have never cried so much from happiness 🥺
I would like to thank you all of you for all your amazing support and for all your very sweet messages ♥️
I wish you from my heart good luck with everything ♥️ please stay strong and always believe in better days ♥️

We still have long time to go but today I got so much hope and reassurance, my heart was broken waiting and waiting for so long to finally see that little heart beat on the screen 🥹

Test date is for another week woken up feeling really angry and emotional today, has anyone else felt like this? The most littlest things are really getting to me today :(

@LR94 and @HayleyM8848 my test day is the 18th but I may test the 17th so I can call the clinic if I need to (lines are closed on the weekend) this is my second and final transfer. The last one I was really unwell once my period came so I want to make sure I can call the clinic so I can take ibuprofen if I need to if it's negative... I'm not very positive to be honest! Rather not get my hopes up after the last time! I did have a really faint line last time... but a proper squinter so think it was chemical.

I had a 5 day transfer. Same as you guys I had sore bloods for a day or two but nothing period is due today... last time it stayed away until two days before test day. So I'm wondering if it'll come Thursday. Having period cramps on and off today. I'm going to try my best to hold off and not test.

@Jane1284 this scan was a private one, today iam 6w3d
My clinic will see me on week 8 which is on 21/02, they don't do early scan's unfortunately they only do scan 5weeks after the day of the transfer.
I believe after the scan at the IVF clinic and if everything is still okay they will discharge me.
I have already booked appointments with my community midwife on 22/02 by telephone and 24th for bloods and blood pressure check 🥰

Today iam 6w3d and the baby was measuring for 7w hehe big baby 😂
