Haven't seen a thread for February cycles so if anyone is waiting to start in the next few weeks and fancies some cycle buddies ❤️

Little about me, 34yo TCC #1. Low AFC/AMH. After two disastrous NHS cycles (NE Scotland) which resulted in no transfer, we went private and are away to start our second mild IVF cycle at Create in Manchester x

I have news. Got my BFP this morning, day before OTD. I’m in total shock. 5 years of trying and we finally got there with our last embryo. This was our final shot due to my age and my consultant giving us a 5% chance of it working. I hope this gives everyone some positivity that this can actually work. Not getting too carried away until the viability scan. For now, I am just smiling from ear to ear. Thanks for all your support. Xxx

@Boofimus @West8690 @SH998 know how you all feel...my OTD is Sunday and it seems like a lifetime away! Almost wishing your life away just to get there and potentially be disappointed!

I've got no symptoms whatsoever really.
Few odd light cramps on/off but that's really looking into things.

This wait is a nightmare!

@TTCRose thank you. Utter disbelief. My boobs are killing and have a strange taste in my mouth, has been like this for a few days. After so many years of trying and tears I feel like we have finally come home. Good luck for Sunday. Xxx

@TTCRose @Purplemichelle thank you. Sometimes it's just hard to hope. Yesterday I had a meltdown because I couldn't get some pancakes from a place I always have them from in the TWW and was convinced that because I couldn't eat the same things that would be why it fails. Today I've got myself so wound up I think I've given myself a dodgy stomach 🙈

@browneyedgirl626 Yes, unbelievably it is in the UK. They are based in Eastbourne and Bromley. Not sure what we do now, waiting for them to get in touch about next steps. Still in disbelief that this can happen xx

I'm not doing great tbh, I'm mentally and physically drained from the constant losses my heads been in a really difficult place. I've asked the clinic for counselling, they've offered 1 free session so I'm waiting to get that set up and we have a call with the Dr today to ask more about what went wrong. We're out of questions now though, not really sure what else it could be! 😕

I've forgotten to take my cyclogest this morning and won't be back home for a few hours?!

What do we at think I should do?

If you can't get home, then there's nothing you can do about it. Try to reassure yourself that the cyclogest is to give you a massive excess of progesterone, so if it dips a little over the next few hours, it still won't be nearly low enough to cause any difficulties!

@VioletCookie thank you. I’m so sorry you are going through this. I really hope the counselling helps and you get some answers from the doctor. It’s difficult when you’re in limbo waiting for appointments as you feel totally helpless. We are all here if you need to vent. Xxx

@TTCRose dont panic. I completely missed my evening one a few days ago and all is fine. Just take it as soon as you’re able to. Xxx
