@LKSF do you have to lie down after you have used it? Which way do you use it- if it's vaginally my clinic told me to push up and back to make sure lots gets absorbed.

@LKSF my scan is not until the 30th as I go away from the 13th 🙈 booked it to distract me if it didn't work I'll be 8+6 by then.

I don't think I can wait that long though.

@PMAmostofthetime Sorry I meant pessaries not suppositories…so I take them vaginally! Maybe I’ll try lying down for 5mins after I put them in, although my levels were really high, it’s just the fact they dropped that worried me. My doctor told me not to panic though and not to read too much online as the bad news about progesterone dropping is with natural pregnancies not ivf….I guess the levels fluctuate with ivf more because of the pessaries 🤷🏻‍♀️

@LKSF I do mine vaginally and My clinic has told me to lie down for at least 20 mins after them- I only do them twice a day though 7:30 am and pm

So I get ready for work do one then lie down until I leave then I do one at 7:30 and lie down.

@PMAmostofthetime Ah ok, yes lying down for the 2 in the day might be a bit difficult 🙈I’ll def lie down for 20mins for the morning and night time one though. Thanks for the tip 🥰

@PMAmostofthetime Do you know when you stop taking the Progesterone and Progynova? Is it until your 12weeks? Just realised I only have two weeks left of meds so probably need to order more!!

@LKSF I have enough until the day after my scan then if all goes ok- I'll get one until 12 weeks :) x

@LKSF I'm only on progesterone 400mg twice a day Cyclogest.

@PMAmostofthetime ah that makes sense then as even though I’m taking it 4 times a day my dosage is only 200mg. X

@LKSF I wonder if you could speak to your clinic about doing 2 at once and then lying down or for the two where you can lie down vaginally and then the other 2 rectally.

My clinic told me that if I can't lie down to do it rectally then don't have a bowel movement for an hour so it absorbs x

Well ladies it’s OTD and it’s a BFN! Boo…
however we will test tomorrow and the day after. But not holding out any hope! Got 4 more good embryos to go and don’t they say it’s generally 6 cycles or something like that so on to the next!
Also wanted to tell you ‘cut price Barry’s’ (yes that’s the name of the shop) are selling FRER packs of 2 for £3.50 they expire may next year so I’ve just stocked up 😂 works out cheaper with postage if you buy a good amount, and let’s face it we are all Chronic testers! Next one I’m not testing early it’s was the worst!

@Hopefortansy85 I am so sorry! I really hoped for you! So what happens now? Do you need to call the clinic?
Are you able to do back to back cycle or you have to have a bleed between?
Please be kind with yourself and plan something nice.
Ps I checked out the website, put 10 in the basket...but only 4 left in stock.

@Dobcaty must be all of us crazy testers buying them up. I bought 4 and some other bits.
I will test again tomorrow and call the clinic, they will tell me to stop the progesterone and oestrogen, then they will get the dr to call, they seem to think if I then have a bleed I should be able to start again 2nd day of my AF unless the DR says otherwise. I think it’s just a numbers game until we get the viable embryo.

You know what, I’m ok, I’ve always been the queen of bounce back, life is unfair but I had my wobble mid week and just dealt with it then. I’m fine today just focusing on the next one, it will be fine.

@PMAmostofthetime thank you I’m no stronger than any lady here, I figure I can’t change what happens or reason with it. If it’s meant to be it will be. i can’t do much more, and I will ask my Dr if I can but if I can’t it’s just life. It sucks and I’ve had loads of rubbish in my life and deserve this one thing. But i class myself lucky to have my husband and lots of love now in my life.
And I have to give my husband super credit, he is awesome.
Who knows the next might work, it’s our first round and 2nd transfer.
You have been waiting longer than me for all this, as have the other ladies. Hopefully all of us will all get there, one day. And it will be all the sweeter for waiting. x

@Hopefortansy85 sending you lots of love. I feel like I was similar to you with how I felt (and many people), it's awful and you have your lowest time, but when you're ready you pick yourself up and have to keep positive for those 4 good embryos you have! And one of those will be your one ❤️

Hi all, just wanted to give you a little update. Tested yesterday 4dp5dt and was negative. And again this morning was negative.
But when I went back to take a picture to log on my app a couple of minutes later I saw the faintest of faintest lines! So I think, I finally have my first ever positive test in my life! I know a long way until test day but fingers crossed for the best 40th present on Monday! 😍

@Coops0406 Aww wow what a great 40th birthday present that will be ❤️ Hopefully the line will be darker when you test tomorrow, let us know 🙏🏻🤞🏼

I’m current sat having an intralipid infusion which my clinic recommended I have every 20days until I’m 12weeks! 45mins left to go 😴

@LKSF thank you! I really hope it keeps getting darker! I keep going back to check that I definitely saw a line and it's still there!

I tested but didn't tell OH as it was negative so he didn't need to know, then we did my injection and he went downstairs. I then went to take the pic to log on my app and as I held the camera over I suddenly saw something! I ran down to get OH to come and check and he saw it too!

Oh gosh! Well, if it ensures things stay on track then every 20 days is definitely doable! 🥰 how long until 12 weeks?

I’m currently 5+4 so not 12weeks until end of September

@LKSF it's on the 15th which will be 11dp, thankfully my clinic isn't 14 days!
So when was your OTD? I've read that by that time you are usually 2-3 weeks pregnant

@Coops0406 🤞🤞🤞 I believe in birthdays good news! So I was having a very pity week last week, no1, no medicine to start, no2 work is full stress, no3 no time with DH...blablabla...called the distributor for Buserelin yesterday and told not back in stock probably until the 22nd Aug, great! I should start a day before, so I was really upset that I need to wait another month...and yesterday was my last day of being 36, still no children.
Today morning got a call from staff, sick. Great, birthday double shift... things weren't going fine today. BUT! I just received the call from my clinic that they manage to get me the medicine (different one) so I start my FET cycle on the 21st Aug!!! 🥳🥳
