New thread, I'm trying to tag everyone but it's not letting me! I will try add as many as I can x

Sorry not been keeping up to date on the thread. I'm now 13 weeks (+1day) and baby measuring a few days ahead. Had it bad with all day nausea since week 5 and started throwing up last week, seems to be getting worse rather than better....wheres this magical 2nd trimester everyone keeps telling me about? haha.

I'm 16 weeks. Also not noticing any improvement in the 2nd trimester @Autumn245 !@Autumn245 If anything I feel more tired.
Not really enjoying traveling in the fog of anxiety and fatigue. Just getting through each day really. Hoping all this will improve once they're born and I don't have to rely on my body to keep them alive.
Still can't believe how much I underestimated the challenges of pregnancy after infertility.

@Autumn245 I breezed through the first trimester -apart from having Covid - but the second trimester has brought fatigue, nausea, constipation and sickness. I'm really struggling at work at the moment. I haven't told them yet, as I work remotely it's pretty easy to hide the bump! 18 weeks today.

@AliceAbsolum @ginandtonicformeplease you ladies are really filling me with positive vibes for 2nd trimester haha. I knew pregnancy wouldn't be easy but I never imagined feeling this rubbish. Makes me feel guilty some days when i complain as I know i'm so very lucky to have this baby growing 🥰

@PMAmostofthetime im so pleased you’re feeling more relaxed! And really pleased your not having too rough a time with the medication.

@Autumn245 go to the GP they will give you meds sounds like you have HG.

@AliceAbsolum yes long protocol this time so lots more injections.
I did Burserelin for down reg for for 17 days now on stims of 225 Meriofert and Burserelin currently on day 5. 1st scan on Friday.

EC preliminary booked for 8th July.

Can't believe your 16+3 Already- are you going to find out the gender after heath checks at 20 weeks? X

I’m sorry to hear that some of your are still feeling rough if not worse in the 2nd trimester. I’m still having a bit of nausea but i’m mainly just super tired and having to take a nap every afternoon.

We had a gender scan yesterday and super excited to say we are having a girl. Hopefully the 20 week scan says the same since we’ve already told our families, ha ha!!

Little update from me

Day 9 Stims- sore boobs, boiling and brain fog
1st scan today- it went really well- 21 follicles measuring 11-18 only had 11 on short protocol at this point last time- so looks good . Next scan Monday and EC Wed.

Everything about this cycle has been easier except the thought of EC- ignorance was bliss last time x

@PMAmostofthetime that's brilliant! Much better response than last time. Really hope you get a decent haul of eggs.

@TommieNC Congrats! A girl, how lovely. I'd like a girl too. But I'll be happy with whatever of course.
I don't do much other than rest these days. The fatigue is a killer.
When's your 20 week scan?

Hi Guys a lot more follicles than last time! Slight risk of OHSS so need to drink a lot more water.
Last injections of this cycle tonight and Trigger! X

@PMAmostofthetime sounds like you’re having a much better cycle than last time! Fingers crossed you have lots (but not too many so you don’t get OHSS) of properly matured eggs which are perfect for fertilising. You’ll be in my thought this week, sending you lots of positivity x

@PMAmostofthetime thanks for the updates. I'm delighted it's been an easier process for you and that you have more follicles than last time. Fingers crossed you avoid OHSS. Trigger time is exciting! When is EC?

I have suspected covid so am in bed today quite ill 🤒

Last 2 stim shots done. Trigger at 11:30 and EC Wed at 10:30.

Feeling cautiously optimistic.

@Somatronic awww no it's doing its rounds- I had it the end of May so have antibodies right now- so that helps my anxiety.

Lots of rest, water and paracetamol.
Covid in this heat must be unbearable.

@AliceAbsolum thank you lovely, sorry for the radio silence I just don't have any update and have been taking some time out. We've not yet had a follow up appointment through from the clinic (its been a month and I have chased but they have said staff have been off with covid), waiting to hear from the Consultant and then we will make a plan. I haven't really done any research as I know I am not quite ready. I took 3 weeks off work in total and back now, but it's nice and quiet. How are you keeping?

@Autumn245 Yesterday and today have been the first time I haven't been nauseous and wanted to sleep half the day. I hope you hit that magical 2nd trimester burst of energy soon.

I was 100% convinced it was going to be a boy, but like you, I am happy for either gender, just wanting a healthy baby. I'm excited to see what your 20 week scan shows.
My 20 week scan is 3 Aug, however since my son was born with a rare heart condition, we are having a scan next week at 18+4 to look at this babies heart.

I'm OK in the heat, currently in the shade in Belgium and planning on getting a campsite for a few days on the beach.
I think I'm actually settling in to being pregnant and have not had a freak out in about a week.... A record 😅

They got 21 Eggs- at risk of OHSS so have to see how the next few days go to see if I can go ahead with a fresh transfer.

So pleased with the number just hope some fertilise now x

@PMAmostofthetime this is great news! Such a difference to last time! Will you get a call tomorrow about how many have fertilised? When will you know if a fresh transfer is ok?
