@Holskey
Thank you! I'll update here with results of course...what I'm really worried about now is that I keep having low expectations, then let myself get my hopes up, then come down again. So even though 4 blasts is objectively good in theory, since I know they could all be non-euploid, I'm just mostly terrified until I find out otherwise!
Good luck on your FET from Monday, are you on any of the Oct/Nov IVF or FET threads?
@Coops0406
Welcome- wow, 17 after only seeing 10 is quite a difference!
And amazing that 7 still in the game on day 3, did they say how many cells each one was?
Re: results, they said it would take up to 14 days, from what I gather it could also be a bit faster but they don't make any promises. Frankly its torture not knowing the exact day will find out, because I don't want to be driving/at work anything like that when I et the call in case its bad news. That's a great plan with testing any extra you have.
@Abi47
Short protocol seems to lead to increased quality in some women, so maybe that's why would want switch? I think today was your 5, any update?
@EmJay19
That sounds so hard to have gotten zero last time! Congrats on getting 5 this time that must have been a great surprise! Good luck with your transfer tomorrow hopefully!
I know what you mean about better off not knowing, I suppose if I'd only gotten the day 5 afternoon update and not the morning one I'd not have had to go through the devastation that i did from the morning's phone call quite to the same degree, as by afternoon they were fair and fair/poor rather than both poor which is a massive difference! I would have still been disappointed but not devastated. But saying that, there's simply no way i I could wait to get news at any stage, I want to know everything I can with my personality, because the not knowing leads to even more stress. IF I'd not gotten any update day 5 in the morning, I'd have been sitting there panicking until afternoon that there were ZERO blasts...
@Keyu
Congrats thats great progress!
